This is a beautiful Villa located in a great area. The owners and their daughter are very nice and friendly. We stayed here for two nights with a Rick Steves tour. We felt very welcome and well cared for. We stayed out in the annex which meant that we had a lovely walk across the grounds when going to breakfast or meeting with the group. This was a fun place to stay, again run by very friendly people. Our room was nice and comfortable for 3 people.

A beautiful villa, wonderfully decorated in a perfect location. Many rooms have great views. Large dining room, excellent pool in back, extensive and well kept grounds. The owners are very friendly and professional. It is just a short walk to the village. We were there on a Rick Steves tour, and it was one of the best places we stayed. This is what you think of when you think villa.

We stayed here for two nights as part of a Rick Steves tour. This place is special and truly amazing! Beautiful and immaculate building and grounds, wonderful rooms, and amazing food. The owners and staff went out of their way to make you feel like family and couldn't do enough to make your stay perfect in every way. We didn't want to leave, but will be back!

While close to the little town of Montefalco, it is well off the road nestled in it's own beautiful grounds. Our room was large & comfortable with a large bathroom. The staff was warm & accommodating. They had a full bar and the patio around the pool was a great place to relax. There was also a little porch on the first floor that overlooked the front of the property. There is no elevator.

The hotel Pambuffetti is family-run and the warmth of the staff reflects its small town location. The rooms are functional but attractive. Better are the grounds. Nice pool and outside common area. We have dinner prepared for us and it was just delicious. Plus the town is very nearby and typical of an Italian hilltown. You could linger here for days!
