You cannot find a more perfectly delightful place to spend your time if you are in or near Montefalco. It has several floors to the rooms and is worth the climb. We had a stunning end room that had views of the courtyard and a small balcony with a view of the valley below and Assisi in the distance. It was decorated with beautiful antiques. They have a good sized pool in a woodsy area. Lots of places to sit outside and a wonderful upstairs balcony that is a great meeting place for an evening cocktail. The owners are a welcoming family that go out of their way to make you feel welcome. There is a back door that makes it easy to walk into the quaint hill village of Montefalco.the breakfast buffet is wonderful. I guarantee that if you stay here you will not want to ever leave.

We stayed one night here in an adorable and comfortable room with a pool view. The staff was kind and helpful and the location is wonderful- just a short walk to the center of Montefalco. The rooms are clean and spacious and the breakfast in the morning was enjoyable. There is also parking on site if needed.

We stayed one night in a beautiful room with a gorgeous view. The owners were delightful and sent us on an unforgettable excursion the following morning. We drove on a mostly dirt road up and over the mountain to Assisi. The views were unreal, we could see all of Umbria and the hills of Tuscany. We highly recommend this elegant villa.

I booked a room at Villa Pambufetti after reading all of the wonderful reviews on TripAdvisor! The Villa was everything I expected, PLUS! The grounds are SO beautiful and quite expansive. We stayed in Room #7 which was on the second floor in the main house. The room was beautiful and very comfortable. We had a lovely view from our window/balcony. The owner and staff were extremely friendly and attentive. Breakfast is served each morning in the dining room. They offer a full bar at reasonable prices. There is a lovely pool out back. The village is a short walk from the Villa. We were even walk to a nearby laundromat to o our laundry. We didn't have a car so it was nice that there are restaurants and stores nearby. We would love to stay at the Villa again, and cannot wait to get back there!

This is a beautiful Villa located in a great area. The owners and their daughter are very nice and friendly. We stayed here for two nights with a Rick Steves tour. We felt very welcome and well cared for. We stayed out in the annex which meant that we had a lovely walk across the grounds when going to breakfast or meeting with the group. This was a fun place to stay, again run by very friendly people. Our room was nice and comfortable for 3 people.
