Stayed here 9 years ago and had a wonderful experience. Recently stayed at Hyatt Ziva Cancun in July AND November 2023. There is no comparison to the Cancun resort We loved the staff in Cancun. In Jamaica… not so much. There were a few nice staff such as Nastasia at the pool and chef Bernard at Choizes but wow!! The bad ones were really bad! There were 2 disgruntled ones at the Pizza restaurant who were do busy complaining that I had to clean the counter in order to eat!! They didn’t care one bit. Just rude and angry. The room had sand on the floor for days. Granted it came from our beach outing but they “ cleaned “ the room everyday! Also the blood on the sheet upon check in was gross. They changed the sheets immediately but wow… There’s more but it doesn’t matter now. I will return to Ziva but not in JA.

Loved this resort, could use a little upgrading to the buffet & drinks at pool tasted watered down. But would DEFINITELY return for another stay.

The best all inclusive that I’ve personally visited which includes several properties in Mexico and Dominican Republic. The food was excellent, drinks were right on target and staff were top notch. My favorite daily spot was hanging out at the Calypso bar with Julio, Mark, Wally and Kenny. These guys kept the laughs and good times going all day long. Iceberg drinks are highly recommended. The best dining experience was the Asian Fusion restaurant, excellent food. Will return again in the years to come!

The Hyatt Ziva/Zilara is always my first and only choice when visiting Jamaica. It definitely raises the bar on what to expect when vacationing and makes it hard to want to try other places. I must say that they get it right every time.

Great experience specially the food was amazing for all inclusive hotels. The service overall was good. Beach was small but good enough for us. Activities and entertainment cold be better.
