Tired program and food and staff hiding again
Still the same tired chef offerings of bland food. Staff still doing as little as possible to assist you in the villas, often doing their own grocery shopping and laundry and will only dedicate 4 hours of their day to assist you, they also nap for 1-3 hours around lunch time or 3pm. Many of the gardeners like to hide on the lot with the drive way across from tennis and behind the staff house by the garden. Saturday gardeners were a no show for 2 weeks. The program for this resort is for years been high season Erika bloom and famous chefs, yet this does not offer full time luxury. It doesn't make sense and can't be fair to the local staff in fitness amd wellness. The Erika bloom lessons leave alot to be desired the trainers are not all polished and overpriced. The food is only good at this resort when a visiting chef is in charge whats that 12 days a year? Really tired of this, may sell the villa. Jamaica is very loud, it is constantly difficult to get a good night sleep. Please don't respond by requesting me to call or email, just monitor your staff, they act well for a week after you check on them then revert to the same games, and hire a better chef.

Excellent location. Excellent accommodations. Great food and atmosphere. Beach and beach service is terrific. Excellent tennis courts and tennis coaches if you play tennis.

We love Round Hill!
This was our fourth stay at Round Hill - it never disappoints. Such a timeless classic! The location is beautiful. We stayed in a Villa with 5 couples. We had an amazing view. We bounced around from beach to infinity pool to our Villa pool. All perfect in their own way. The staff is so welcoming and friendly. We enjoyed our meals. I love how the dinner menu changes nightly. Be sure to hit the spa. It’s fantastic! Round Hill is peaceful luxury. Can’t wait to go back!

We were the lucky winners of two of your auctions. The first one was a package to Round Hill Hotel and Villas in Jamaica. What a wonderful place that is. We were treated royally and given one of the more beautiful villas overlooking the ocean. The food and attentiveness of this lovely resort was excellent! We will be going back and taking some friends as well. High points for Round Hill Hotel and Villas!!

My wife and I had a great stay at Round Hill Hotel and Villas in Jamaica. The accommodations were excellent. On our arrival, we were upgraded to a villa that overlooked the sea. Every morning we just sat up in bed and enjoyed the peaceful view. The Round Hill staff was excellent - they catered to our every need and treated us like royalty. The food was fantastic. We had cooks come to our villa and make breakfast and serve us on the terrace. It was a vacation my wife and I will cherish forever.
