It was a delightful -- if not perfect -- few days. I wish i could have stayed longer. Both the island and the resort are easy to get to... flying in and out of Jamaica was pleasant and easy. Much improved in the last 15 years. the hotel can arrange airport transfers for an affordable rate. The atmosphere at RH is charming and elegant -- and the resort is big but has a small feel. Perhaps because so many people stay in villas/cottages, i never found the place crowded but also it never felt empty. If you go to the beach or the pool at pretty much any time of day you can find a spot which is unlike many of the florida or other carribean resorts. It's also incredibly family friendly. So much so that i would recommend the villas or a cottage for anyone wanted a very quiet stay. The individual rooms are by the pool and you can hear everything... including children's loud playing in the late afternoons. We never left the resort over 5 days. The weather was also PERFECT which of course didn't hurt! the sunsets are stunning from the bar area and the beach; and some of the villas. Overall it was an amazing few days and i would love to return!

Grounds well-kept and beautiful. Food reasonably good but needed more diversity. Service was of professional quality. Villa cook/maid was fabulous. Breakfasts were excellent. She, as well as other resort help, was particularly friendly and helpful. Beach bar provided well made drinks. It also provided burgers and other light snacks that were quite good. One concern was that the grounds were not always well lighted at night. Music and entertainment at dinner was nicely arranged. .

My wife and I had a wonderful 5 day 4 night stay at Round Hill. I can't express how wonderful this place is. The accommodations, food and amenities were all excellent. The staff was wonderful. The paddle boarding and snorkeling in the bay off the resort beach was really nice and so convenient. The walk to the workout facility and spa is such a treat as well. Stay in one of the villas and have breakfast prepared and served to you there, very special. The views from the villas are amazing. Also, only a 20 to 40 min ride from the airport. Note, Round Hill is on a hill, thus the name. So, while the staff will gladly drive you to and from your accommodations, you will most likely do a far amount of walking. Finally, this was difficult for me to discern when planning our trip, should we take the all-inclusive package or go ala carte? Let me make it real simple for you, take the Round Hill all inclusive package by far the best deal. Even if you do not drink this will still be the best deal for you. Finally, the outdoor showers in the villas are very nice. Very much hope to come back to Round Hill in the future!

I cannot say enough about Round Hill. My previous reviews give a lot of detail as to why I believe this is the ultimate Caribbean getaway. On this, our third annual trip, Round Hill delivered once again, and in fact was even better than the last two times. The ONLY area for improvement would be their dinner menu and offerings. My wife and I bot recall better dinner food in 2016 and 2015.

From the time we arrived until we, sadly, departed all we had to do was to decide when and what to eat and where to go next. This is simply the best of Jamaica. From check in to check out all you do is focus on relaxation. We'll be returning, no doubt. By the way, children are welcome here. It was a delite to see so many happy families with their children enjoying themselves.
