Just returned from a week at Round Hill with my wife and two year old daughter. We loved it. First of all, the service was fantastic. Every person we dealt with was warm, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Although the Kid's Club is renowned, we didn't take advantage, instead bringing our daughter to the pool and the beach daily - where she played with multiple other kids, both older and younger. It was easy to see why families return year after year, and how those children grow up as friends. The resort is beautiful and very well maintained. The food was delicious. The children's menu deserves a shout out as well - as it was both larger than expected, and more reasonable than many places we go in NYC. We will definitely be back.

Visited Round Hill in July 2017. The set up brings you back a few decades in a nice way, old time feel. Enchanted property to drive through. Private Villas are well spaced out, for a very private stay. Private villa was clean, huge master bedroom, huge master bathroom. peaceful and relaxing. Beautiful infinity pool. Lovely beach with adequate shade under the almond trees. Gorgeous sunset.Gift shop has lovely Jamaican made products from quality jewelry, art work, clothing, skin care products etc. Staff were all pleasant and welcoming. The only con would be the extremely high cost to stay at the resort as well as high cost of food. Service was friendly, except one server who waited on us at the beach. His shift was ending, gave us our bill, which was $20.48 (for two fruit smoothies). We gave him $30 dollars, and he asked if we expected change, yes we replied. Then he said, ok just pay the 20 dollars Ill cover the rest. We didn't have any small bills otherwise we would of given him $25 dollars without needing change. Previously being a waitress myself, I didn't appreciate his tone and unwillingness to offer to bring us change. Otherwise loved Round Hill Hotel and the gorgeous views and old time feel. Be prepared to spend if staying here. Its about a 25 minute drive from the main tourist strip in Mobay.

This is a first class resort. Stayed in a room in one of the Villa's. The room was outstanding with a king size bed, very large bathroom with both an indoor and outdoor shower, large soaking tub and writing desk and large closet. The villa had an enormous outdoor seating are with an outdoor bar and small kitchen behind it, ice, refrigerator, sink. There was a private pool which would be shared if one of the other villa bedrooms was occupied. The Villa's would be great for a family vacation. The staff is outstanding, If staying in a Villa breakfast is prepared on site daily. The entire resort staff makes every effort to accommodate all your needs. Most all of the common and dining area's are outside, the food is good. The only caveat is the weather in July, it's very hot and humid which is OK if your looking for that type of weather. This must be taken into consideration as I mentioned all dining is outside without AC. That said the resort is worth the cost and provided wonderful accommodations.

We had a great time! Love the place. Views, rooms, ambiance, staff and food were all great. Going back next year! We have stayed at other places in Montego Bay in the past and this was the best experience we have had. It was very relaxing and a lot of fun.

My family and I have recently returned from a lovely 6 days at Round Hill. The hotel exudes elegant and understated old school charm, whilst maintaining a laid-back atmosphere. The Staff were incredibly friendly, accommodating and helpful - from the Concierge, the Managers and Waiters in the Restaurants, to the Housekeeping Staff, the Gardeners and Beach Attendants. The Staff in the Pineapple Kids Camp deserve a special mention; they go out of their way to make the children feel welcome and special. My children in the end chose to spend more time in kids camp than with us! There was cricket and soccer tournaments, basket weaving, jewellery making, crab hunting/shell collecting and much more...My children took a particular shine to Sue-Anne and Kevin who were fundamental in making their time there so enjoyable; the children are already asking when they can go back to visit them! The hotel manages to do that difficult thing of being all things to all people. It is an excellent family hotel, whilst still being a charming, peaceful option for adults. It appeals to all. A piece of the good life in the Caribbean. We'll be back.
