This small and charming resort is located in a very beautiful place, in the tropical garden, 20 minutes from the port. Absolutely stunning views, nice beach lagoon, spacious and stilish rooms, tasty food and coctails, excellent service, high standards, friendly and cosy atmosphere! There're a Kids' Club, SPA, night music and entertainment - all you need. You may also stay in villas for your privacy. The rates are rather high but it's worth it.

My husband & I recently spent a week at Round Hill in cottage 6 with Angela & Donna attending to our every need each morning. We booked a villa room and were upgraded upon arrival to the villa suite. We had a beautiful ocean view and enjoyed the sunset each evening from our outdoor living room. We were amused by the Canadian goose who was perched on the console table. We booked the all inclusive plan including beverages. We had breakfast in the villa each day as we enjoyed visiting with Angela & Donna--never made it to breakfast at the Grill. We enjoyed the lunch & dinner menus and found plenty of variety as different menus were presented often. In fact, we left with lots of things we still wanted to try. We enjoyed a seven course tasting menu at the Restaurant at Round Hill and it exceed our expectations. The food was very good. That being said, we found it a bit under seasoned --perhaps to please a broad array of palates. Also, we found several recipes by the Chef on the James Beard website, but could not find an award or a nomination in their data base if that is important to you. The staff is outstanding--on the beach, in the restaurants, and in the villas. Even the drivers are excellent. We enjoyed the Mayfield Falls tour arranged by the front desk. We happened to be the only people on the entire river--it was incredible. Bring water shoes. This was the only place we encountered a mosquito or any bugs at all. I used the gym on several occasions; it's fabulous. We'd like to come back with our family and friends.

We just spent a week at this wonderful resort. If you are looking for a beautiful spot with charm and service, this is perfect. With most of the beds here being part of villas, this is perfect for family vacations. While we loved everything about RH, the people and service really stood out. Everyone was amazingly friendly and was always trying to sincerely make our experience better. We had chefs/housekeepers at our villa that made us feel like family. They cooked us local fresh greens with our eggs every morning and it was so good! It was such a peaceful luxury having them around daily. I hope to go back and get Angela and Donna for our return trips as well! We used the fitness and spa facilities daily. My wife practices yoga all the time and has a high bar for instructors. She loved Donovan’s related expertise and style. She took both group and individual sessions with him. I guess the fact that all the employees seemed so well trained and caring is pretty special. We will go back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Round Hill. The staff was fantastic and helpful. The food was good to very good (but incredibly expensive as the rest of the stay). Frankly, we wished the food in the restaurants better lived up to the setting. The best food was ate was the grilled lobster on the group beach night. The seven course fine dining tasting menu meals were good with some items very good, but not memorable overall. The Villa breakfasts were wonderful. Loved sitting on the patios with a freshly cooked breakfast by the villa staff. Plenty of choices and wonderful fresh fruit. The furnishings, privacy and set-up of the villas varies tremendously If you are renting an entire villa (we did not as we were only one couple), the differences were stark. Villa 1 has only one way to walk-up, so those staying in the other half must walk in front of your part of the villa to get to their side. Not ideal at all. The outdoor shower and bathroom were lovely though. Villa 12 has a lovely view, but is need of updates to it's furnishings and the rusting, dripping pipe out the bathroom window doesn't help. We loved the pool area by the beach. Many of the beach chairs get reserved for the villa owners and their guests before breakfast.
