I visited Jamaica for my parents 10 year anniversary. We stayed at The Round Hill hotel. I can't even explain how splendid this experience was. The view was just so exsiquite. The hotel rooms were actually villas. When we arrived at the hotel they offered us with a tray of punch. From when you went to sleep at night and woke up in the morning it just felt like a dream. The workers there were just so nice they felt like family. They had infinity pools a beach which was amazing and trampolines on the water. Breakfast ,lunch and dinner was like eating in the White House. It was family friendly. And I do know for a fact that Justin Beiber's dads wedding was there and he brought Selena Gomez along with him. Also if you are a fan of Polo clothes designed by Ralph Lauen, he has a private villa in this resort too. I would definitely recommend this as a family tropical vacation.

We had a wonderful time in Villa 25. The staff as delightful. Service was excellent. Food was great. The only disappointment was the bed in room 96. Although a king, the frame was old and creaked every time one turned over.

When we arrived at Round Hill, we were welcomed to all the beauty, with a barrage of kindness and a cold glass of rum fruit punch. We were whisked away up to our impeccably appointed villa, (only a short walk up the hill, but they took us up in the golf cart) Our Villa was wide open to the warm breeze, ocean view, and decorated with beautiful, comfortable furnishings. The kitchen was well stocked with fresh fruit, coffee, and fresh squeezed orange juice. The bed room was beyond amazing. The most comfortable king size bed, ceiling fans, and a wall mounted air-conditioner. (We used both every night and slept beautifully.) The bedroom opened up our to a large covered patio, complete with a chaise for two, and a table and chairs, to dine out side and enjoy the ocean view, as well as a little dipping pool. There was a much larger, salt- pool for us, a few step down below. The bathroom was large and well appointed, to include a large bathtub, and additional out door shower. (which I used every night). We chose to spend quite a bit of time down at the fitness center. It's 50 yards from the water along with the out door yoga studio. Both were very well equipped and extremley beautiful and clean. The dining was area was lovey for even meal. The beach was raked often and you were treated like royalty. The infinity pool was surrounded by out door cabanas and super comfortable chaise. This is one of the most romantic places on Earth. Beauty surround you every where, Walking around Round Hill was most most favorite part of our time there. It is majestic. The water is warm and incredibly blue. The the lush green trees and endless vines, acting as a back drop to the walk, appear to be from out of a movie. The food was spectacular. Breakfast was my most favorite. Everything from the fresh juice bar, to the individually made omelettes, banana pancakes, and fresh fish was divine. Never once did we need to ask for anything, Most everyone who works here, has been here for years..decades and decades for some. My boyfriend's family has been coming here, on a regular basis, since the 60's! The people here LOVE working here, and it shows. It was beyond my expectations. I left, holding my hand to my heart, saying goodbye to everyone. It is a magical place, Round Hill. You will fall in love.

Round Hill is a beauty, hidden away from all of the global chaos on the breathtaking island of Jamaica. Round Hill has designer decorated rooms, gorgeous villas and lovely amenities, so you will be very comfortable and not miss home. But what really makes Round Hill so special is that it is situated on the best island in the caribbean, with the nicest people, the tastiest food, and the coolest culture! I look forward to returning soon.

Very nice Luxury resort, super-friendly and accommodating staff, great amenities and attempts to make the guest experience an amazing one. We had a couple glitches, hence the 4-star review: 1) Food was just okay. I was unimpressed with both breakfast and dinner (didn't have lunch there). 2) Paid deposit by local transfer, sent email on Thursday indicating same (for them to check on their end), got reservation confirmation, but on Sunday close to check out time they indicated that they 'may have to hold the deposit figure on my credit card because their accounting department wasn't available to confirm that they had indeed received my transfer.' I had to login to my own online banking to then copy, paste and email them some details indicating that I did indeed send the transfer. Wasn't amused, why was the onus of proof on me???
