5 star experience except for the stink of pot being smoked by hotel guests.
Great overall experience with the exception of guests smoking pot. Two nights in two different room locations. Not happy I paid a premium for an ocean view balcony room and had to shut the balcony door due to the stink of MJ being used by guests in nearby rooms.

Before checking in, ask about mattress firmness
The hotel was beautiful, the staff was friendly and helpful, the restaurant food was excellent, the spa experience was exceptional! My rating is for the "mattress" that was too soft and uncomfortable for a 3 night stay. With back and neck issues, to get a relaxing and comfortable 3 night stay was not happening. Woke up sore and in pain. Found out that all rooms were furnished with the same mattresses. Not sure if the price of staying was worth every penny for a luxury hotel with a poor mattress experience and not getting a good night sleep. If you enjoy very soft sinkable, non-support mattresses this is the place for you!

Poor front desk service
Abysmal front desk service. Called 3 times in 25 minutes for help getting my golf clubs and 2 bags from room to lobby. No one showed up and front desk manager Nikki was unhelpful, facetious and rude. Stay elsewhere, especially if you have athletic equipment.
