Emily, Patrick and Erick best crew ever. These 3 were awesome our whole stay, which was 3 nights they were amazing. Emily has the best smile and memory. She knew what we wanted after one order. Erick was amazing at our orders and Patrick was the bomb. They made sure we were well taken care of. ❤️

I’m writing this review to be completely honest about my recent experience at Margaritaville Lake Resort in Conroe, and unfortunately it was extremely disappointing. I purchased a package that included two rounds of golf and a resort stay, and the resort did NOT honor what I paid for. They tried to pass it off as if it were a “gift certificate,” which was absolutely not the case. It felt like they were making excuses instead of taking responsibility. Their customer service was a zero out of 10. No one took ownership of the issue, and the manager didn’t do anything to make it right — not even comping the resort fee, which they charged late and which should have been included with the package I purchased in the first place. It was shocking how little they cared about resolving it. Yes, the room was beautiful, and that was the only positive part of the stay. But the pool was gross — cloudy water, napkins floating around, and an atmosphere that felt chaotic, with kids hanging around the bar area. Definitely not the relaxing resort environment they advertise. Overall, the lack of professionalism, the refusal to honor what I purchased, and the complete failure in customer service means I will never return and I will not refer anyone to this resort. They need serious improvement in how they treat guests and how they handle situations where the resort is clearly in the wrong.

Had the best service at License to Chill bar and Grill with Emily and John. They made our stay, they were the greatest bartenders.and servers. They paid attention to us. Talked to us. We feel like we’re best friends.
