Traveled there for business. Needed some help from the front desk to retrieve some items that got left behind at the convention center. Shelley and crew helped out and really went out of their way to get us what we needed. No fuss, no charge, no worries. That doesn’t happen anymore. Good crew there.

This place is amazing we went to the bar/restaurant in the hotel! Janicia was amazing she helped us a lot! She could definitely use a promotion i didn’t know what drink to order and she surprised me with the best drink I’ve been to a lot of places and the drinks are not strong but the drinks are on point! We also got free bread and butter and gourmet chocolate! If you haven’t been by you definitely should.

I had experience at Margaritaville with a gentleman name “Guy “. Guy decorated what is that when you’re done actually made my stay very very comfortable, especially on the day of the checkout I needed help with the luggage. He went ahead and picked up eight pieces of luggage from my room, brought it down and waited for me I pulled up the car, loaded the car and very hospitable, very personable very nice, gentle gentleman. This was a replica of every single person for sure we’re gonna come back again. The rooms are plenty parking is plenty Nick and Ana guy in VALET and Security. Very very helpful. God bless you.
