Our room had a nice view. The furniture was somewhat dated and not very comfortable. There were 2 double beds (not queens), who even does that anymore. The room was nice, but not really as clean as you would expect for the prices they charge. There were piles of laundry in the halls on our floor that stayed there all day until we called the desk to tell them about it. They staff was very nice, responsive and accommodating.

This resort is located on the far west side of Lake Conroe quite some distance from the Houston area and well off of I-45. They are still recovering from Hurricane Harvey damage and several areas are under repair, including most of the waterpark. There are some barriers blocking areas of the property. I was in a room on the backside of the tower. Definitely not recommended. Nothing to see but the top of a building. To make matters worse, there were people outside in the courtyard area that were very loud until 2:30-3am. This was right outside the front desk area and should not have been allowed. Self-parking is quite a walk from the hotel and very inconvenient. The view of the lake is probably good but it is only a small part of the lake. Common areas could use more attention. These were not as clean as one would expect from a property that charges this much for a room. Bathrooms in conference area had debris on the floor and overflowing waste baskets most of the time. The room was a nice two room suite with a living area and separate bedroom. The bathroom has a large shower and separate tub. The beds are a mattress resting on a wooden deck that does not do a good job of holding the mattress in place and is very low to the ground. The AC never really worked as well cooling the room as one would like and never cooled to the setting. There were two weddings and a conference going on at the time of our stay. A requested room change was not granted due to the hotel being fully booked at the time.

We stayed here for our GNO. And I was not disappointed at all. The Manager took care of any of our needs. Thank you Brit Burk. The rooms were beautiful. The spa like bathrooms were so relaxing. I love that the bedroom and living space were separate. We spent the night dancing in the club that was right across from the tower. The DJ played all genres of music. So everyone had something to dance about. The valets were very sweet to us. I only wished we had started our outing on Friday, so that we could have enjoyed the place a lot longer. It was so relaxing and refreshing. Our room overlooked the water and I just wanted more time to sit out and enjoy the view. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable and worthwhile. Can't wait to do this again.

The manager on duty Brit was very nice and accommodating. Our room was really nice, in the tower. The room it's self had a living area and bedroom separated by a door. The bathroom which was attached to the bedroom was like a mini spa. The bathroom had a walk-in shower on one end and a nice bathtub on the other end. The room had two large flat screen TV's attached to the walls of each room (living and bedroom) and an ice box; you can request a microwave if you need one. At, night the karaoke area end up being a night club because the DJ was playing all the hits from the king of pop, rock, rap, hip hop, and country, even some current hits. Me and my friends had a blast, we stayed on dancing til 2am.
