Great hotel, lots of street noise

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 3 days ago

Everything about this hotel was perfect - room, service, location, value - except the ability to get a good night’s sleep due to extremely loud street noise especially on Saturday night.

We thoroughly enjoy spending time in the old port. When we do this hotel is our GoTo! We tried another one time just out of curiosity but returned to the St. Sulpice immediately on our second evening.

Beautiful Hotel Wonderful Staff

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 5 days ago

This hotel is absolutely one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in my travel journey. Right from the check in to check out we were treated like royalty. All the staff is extremely friendly and go out of their way to offer assistance and recommendations. In particular the valet staff made recommendations of landmark Montreal destinations which we enjoyed immensely. This was our first time to Montreal, the location was perfect, and we found it easy to navigate around the city. The room was a suite, lots of areas to relax, big screen tv, nespresso machine, tea, and wine for purchase in mini fridge with cream for coffee. Bed was like sleeping on a cloud, bathroom had swiss shower head, and full deep bathtub. Shampoo and bath products are from LOcctaine, very luxurious. They go the extra mile here, and you know the staff enjoy their work, they are always smiling and laughing. Highly recommend this hotel in Old Montreal, this experience will be a lovely and positive memory for years to come. Thank you Merci Beaucoup!

Old Montreal gem of a hotel

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 6 days ago

This is a welcoming, well-staffed hotel in Old Montreal. It’s in a great location for touring the Old Port and the terrific Science Center (good for people of all ages, but exceptional for children). There are also a host of delightful restaurants within walking distance, lots of weird and wonderful shops and, as some streets are for strolling, it is definitely a diverting part of Montreal to visit. In the hotel, there was limited dining, but an indoor-outdoor restaurant was being finished while we were there, so the dining options, including breakfast, should soon meet all needs. A very comfortable seating area in the lobby is handy if you are visiting with family or friends.

We absolutely loved our stay here. Cannot say enough about the staff, cleanliness, and location. We would recommend this hotel a million times and very much look forward to staying here again next time we’re in Old Montreal.

We went over the July 4 holiday and stayed at Le Saint-Sulpice Hotel in Montreal, which was a great luxury suites hotel. Everything was easy on the booking end and the package was as good or better than stated.

I stayed at Le Saint-Sulpice in Montreal from the 1st to the 4th of November, 2004, and I absolutely loved it and am hoping to go back in the summer. So, without a doubt my experience was a very happy one. Thank You.
