This hotel was perfect for my stay in Montreal. It is elegant, but not pompous, and located in the heart of Old Montreal making it a very short walk to excellent restaurants, cafes, galleries, metro, and the harbor. The room itself was very clean and the bed was wonderfully lush and soft and fresh. It felt at peace here, and would definitely stay here again for my next visit. Considering it also offers a continental breakfast, it was reasonably priced.

The hotel art was amazing and staff were all excellent! We highly recommend to anyone wanting a welcoming, comfortable, eclectic hotel in Old Montreal!

Our 2 night stay at the art inspired and chic LHotel was better than expected. Our Premium King room was very comfortable and roomy, where a problem with the heating was promptly corrected. Staff were most helpful and attentive. Hotel location was close walking distance to all Old Montreal tourist attractions and the valet parking was convenient and a big plus at not having to worry about parking in the area. Would stay at this hotel in the future!

The hotel is in a great location for walking around Old Montreal, Old Port and downtown. It has fun art throughout. Our room was clean and spacious with very comfortable queen beds and pillows. The bathroom had a nice shower and a pedestal sink, while I prefer counter space, but it was fine with extra shelves. The free continental breakfast is simple with fresh chocolate croissants, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, apples and a selection of beverages. Staff was friendly and courteous. A beautiful coffee shop, Crew Cafe, is just down the block.

The hotel was fine for the price, but definitely needs to be updated. The rug is very worn and dirty looking. Water trickled out of the shower head so much so that I didn’t feel as if I rinsed my hair or body well. If you envisioned taking a tub think twice about it because it will take FOREVER for the tub to fill up. The breakfast wasn’t really a breakfast. It was hard-boiled eggs, croissants, yogurt, and a few pieces of fruit. Some days they put out drinking water other days they did not.
