Nice hotel in downtown Montreal. Location is great, within walking distance to many restaurants and shopping. They checked us in early which was a plus. They even extended our check out by one hour more, although I wanted it extended a bit more and was willing to pay any fee, they did not oblige to my request. Staff seemed friendly. Our room was decent. It was clean for the most part but I found the bathtub to not meet my standards of cleanliness, which was a bummer because I really wanted to enjoy a soak in the tub. The shower was nice though. The bathroom was very spacious which is a huge bonus for me. The view from my room was terrible. It was a quarter of a window with a view of the side of another building. The bed was fairly comfortable. Linen was not the best quality. Definitely not the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. We did not try their on site restaurant, but the menu looked great. As an Expedia VIP member I am eligible for free upgrades. Apparently they were “booked” near capacity and didn’t have an upgrade available. I found this hard to believe because the hotel was always nearly empty, and for a mid-week stay, with tons of hotels in the vicinity, I highly doubt they were near capacity. I was also suppose to get a voucher for two complimentary drinks, never got that either. WiFi in our room and lobby was spotty. It was complimentary. If I ever come back to Montreal I would probably stay in the same area but at another hotel. It wasn’t terrible, but just didn’t meet my standards of a 4.5 Star hotel. I paid over $650 for three nights, I expected better.

The check-in and check-out were efficient and friendly, the room was spacious and clean, we enjoyed a free latte in the comfortable lobby, the bed was great and the location was central to shopping and restaurants.

Hotel was immaculate. Group of 5 girls staying in one room with two beds. Had 4 other girls coming over daily and room was accommodating for all of us. Bathroom was my favourite... separate stand-up shower, jetted tub and toilet in good size space. Staff was friendly and helpful ~ room was kept clean and restocked daily. They brought us a themed cake which was hilarious. Special shout out to the door man for being such a fabulous gentleman. We didn’t make it to the pool or the spa onsite as we are out enjoying many festivities going on during the grand prix wknd. Enjoyed that things were in walking distance. Would defiantly return. Great location and was a breeze to get to the airport!

Courteous personnel. Great rooms & beautiful bathroom with jetted tub. Very comfortable beds. Slept like a baby so did my children (no one wanted to leave the bed in the morning and that's rare). WiFi was available and free.
