I stay at Hotel10 for work a lot and I would recommend Hotel10. It's fairly modern and hip! Rooms are very minimalist which is what they are trying to do with the modern theme. Friendly staff and nice little lobby bar. Rooms could use a bit of refresh but that's a nit pick.

This was our first time to Quebec and Montreal. I chose Hotel 10 because of its style and proximity to the metro, the Village, downtown, and old town. We were very happy with this hotel. Everyone was extremely nice and welcoming. Our room was available to us earlier than the stated check-in time, which was a nice gesture on their part after having traveled 7+ hours from Los Angeles. The front desk told us how to find the metro, and a few recommendations nearby for a quick breakfast and a decent lunch (go to 5 à 7 for lunch on a budget... highly recommend). The room itself was large and very comfortable. I cannot recall if there was a minibar, but the beds were very nice and the bathroom was tastefully appointed. Our room overlooked the inner courtyard which was beautifully covered in snow. The room came with a nespresso machine, and the front desk gave me extra coffee pods upon request. The breakfast was served in the restaurant on the lobby level (again, very beautifully designed). The head chef was there to greet us and walked us through all the offerings : a large buffet of French pastries, charcuterie, cheeses, eggs, Quebec-style items (maple glazed beans, smoked meat, etc), and desserts. Breakfast was $25 per person plus tax, so we only did this on the last morning. It was delicious however. We also had drinks in the lobby bar one evening on our way back in from playing tourist all afternoon. The bartender made us a "grog". Very tastey and perfect for the absolutely frigid weather outside. As is typical in Montreal, the staff can switch from French to English at the drop of a hat, and are extremely polite and accommodating in either language. The only misleading thing about the hotel is that the exterior pictures on the website feature the beaux-arts building on the corner. The hotel actually has nothing to do with this building and occupies the modern building next to this older building. But this is just semantics. There is parking and a gym, but we did not use either of these amenities. I would stay here again. Its location is very convenient, the stay was very comfortable, and it was a well-priced, stylish option. On a bien dormi ici.

The staff, the location and the rooms are correct. It is now my 5th stay at Hotel 10 and can recommend it without any concerns.....except that you have to specify that you want a quite room, they made every effort to find me one and noise that some are complaining about were not troubling me. It happen once that some drunks and clubbers were making noise in te corridors in teh middle of the night but security reacted quickly and things went back in order.

Stayed for the weekend at this hotel, very clean, all staff very kind, friendly and accommodating, parking $28 per day, they valet your car and you can take it out whenever you'd like, hotel provides a free car to take you to close destinations downtown, you need you get transport back, wine bar in hotel, rooms very clean, mattresses not that comfortable though, easy walk to McGill, Chinatown and Old Montreal. Keep up the wonderful customer service! Also, when you arrive at the hotel by car you park on the side street adjacent to unload your luggage and check in

Wonderful conversion of a beaux-arts building with modern addition. Great location close to McGill, IRCM and the hip plateau. Great rooms with wood floors (really do not like carpet in hotel rooms) and awesome large shower. Will book it again.
