Had our annual office party at the queen Elizabeth fairmont. This was a change from previous years but the location was great , the service was excellent, and the food was great l Would recommend the fairmont queen Elizabeth location.

Awful service, slow slow, not respectful of the clientele. Very disappointed! Slap stick design! Apparently reserved tables were for selective clients....that never showed up. How can we follow up with more the 2/5 rating.

High class Hotel in Montreal. Its was a working trip for a Webcast and we slept at the hotel. Very clean and huge room. Great service and the restaurant at the bottom was also great. A usesul market was at the bottom too. A must stop in Montreal.

This was my first time returning to the Fairmont Queen Elizabeth following the major renovation project. I am very pleased with the work done and the renovations with the fresh new decor restore life to this iconic and luxurious hotel. As any Fairmont, the service was impeccable and the stay very comfortable and pleasant. With such a central location this is the perfect place to stay when visiting the charming city of Montreal. They also have direct access to the underground shopping as well as a few dining options, including a small artesian grocery store on premise. I will definitely be retuning.

Since this was my first time at this property, I can’t comment much on the recent renovations. The hotel is lovely in many ways but I must say that the room decor is not my style. Nothing wrong with it....just not my taste. The standard room and bath are not very larger. We were in a deluxe room and it was a bit bigger. I was surprised to find the TV mounted on a sidewall and not at the foot of the bed. Perhaps because it was a corner room. There was a small chair and footstool. The chair was quite small. The bathroom was OK although the German toilets did not flush that well. The hotel is centrally located and that was my reason for selecting this property. The staff were lovely. I was a bit underwhelmed.
