Excellent location to enjoy the one of best neighborhoods of Montreal. Our room was lovely, quiet and comfortable. Even the toiletries are of excellent quality. The staff was kind and attentive to all our (and our baby-girl) wishes.

Accolades to the staff of Hotel Gault! They went the extra mile to meet our needs. They got reservations at top restos that were difficult to book ( thank you, Nadia)and literally ran after a cab for us on a stormy snowy day, to name the memorable moments. But every day we were greeted with a warm welcoming smile by everyone. The hotel itself is very chic and stylish- minimalist and contemporary. The rooms are spacious and beautifully designed. A couple of observations/comments to be even better- I would suggest adding a couch or love seat to the huge room. The sliding door (on rollers) were a tad loud every time it is opened or closed, for a jet-lagged weary traveler like me. I'm not sure how that can be improved, but just thought it's worth noting. We wanted to feel the European vibe in old Montreal and we were not disappointed. Hotel Gault is surrounded by chic cafes and bars and restaurants. It's also a 2-minute walk from the Notredame Cathedral. Wish we had more time!

Wow! Hotel Gault was absolutely wonderful. The room was beautiful and everything was of excellent quality-- from the toiletries to the linens. The service was excellent as well; the hotel staff gave us great recommendations for places to eat. What a perfect stay for a long weekend.

Stayed for a weekend getaway and first time to Montreal- could not have designed a better place to stay for our visit. Perfect location- walking distance to festive and wonderful shopping area and art galleries. Also, Olive & gourmando is right around the corner- fantastic breakfast! Quick walk to water area as well. Absolutely charming location! The room is simply one of the most comfortable we've ever been in- love the modern design and very comfortable bed. The bathroom is one we wanted to take home with us- giant, modern standalone tub and separate rain-shower. Special thanks to Jonathan Leclerc, Dany Frias, and Myriam for helping us plan our stay and making it so wonderful- we will be back!

Very cute boutique hotel. My partner and I stayed there for one night. At check-in, they informed us that our room was upgraded! I was a beautiful and spacious room with huge bathroom. We loved the modern deco and comfort. We had excellent service! We will definitely go there again. P.S if you like black&white art photos, this hotel has an amazing photo gallery!
