Reviews for The Ritz-Carlton, Moscow
Stayed here during an event that we were attending at the hotel, and it was positively the most luxurious experience I have ever had. The rooms are spectacular, combining Imperial grandeur with ultra-modern convenience. Our bathroom was palatial. Breakfast in Cafe Russe is also not to be missed.

My husband and I recently celebrated our anniversary at the Ritz-Carlton in Moscow. We were upgraded to a Club Level room which was a lovely surprise. The staff in the Club were amazing. The food was incredible and plentiful. You could eat every meal in the Club if you were so inclined. Everyone we encountered was extremely friendly, recognized us by name, and went out of the way to make us feel special. Dinner in the lobby restaurant was delicious (the truffle mashed potatoes!) The room was beautiful and the bathroom was spacious, had two separate vanities, and had a heated floor. And the location of this property in Moscow is perfect. Directly across from Red Square, right by a Metro station, around the corner from Bolshoi Theater. We were able to very easily get around. Could not have asked for a better experience. I can't think of the last time I was so sad to leave a hotel.

This hotel is perfectly located. Walking distance from GUM, Metro, Red Square, St Basil's Cathedral, pretty much the best tourist location in Moscow. Rooftop bar is beautiful. Good food, amazing views and well worth a visit. Only negative is that we had a suite with no view! Some rooms have windows facing outside and the other half face a central indoor zen garden with elevator core, which is completely horrible. No natural light, no air. Sadly, ours was one of the inward facing rooms. Would never stay again without insisting on an outward facing room, even without a view.

Top location, top service, top product. This was my first visit to this amazing city and I am happy that I choose the Ritz-Carlton, Moscow. The location was absolutely fabulous, very convenient and very central. The hotel itself was great, good public spaces, great bar in the top floor and ok.t areas to walk through and have meetings in. I didn't manage to visit the spa, but I heard good things about it. My room was great. And although I didn't have the best view on the world, I was not there to see Moscow from my armchair. Great bed, slept like a log. Good working desk and enough power points to charge various devices. Excellent Wi-Fi also. The room controls were easy to use: curtains, light etc. The bathroom was excellent: spacious and well planned. The best thing was the staff: smiling people, helpful at all times of day. Front desk, concierge, housekeeping and wait staff were all amazing. Ritz-Carlton is a no-brainer for my next visit. See you soon!
