I stay in Krasnye Holmy quite regularly , every time feeling a valuable customer and enjoying fantastic experience. Front desk team is always friendly, helpful and goes extra mile to deliver top level customer experience: from room booking to extra services during my stay to the check-out and even beyond.

We attended the new year event at the top bar. Ambience and overall expereince was okay but the team had promised us that there would be a firework but it never happened. If you go there ask for the sushi and rolls as they are very fresh and not frozen like many other places do in town. The check was obviously high but worth the money.

Visited the bar on the top floor with some friends. This bar has been here for a while but the cocktails remains the best in town and remain reasonable in terms of prices. Parking is free if you visit the bar

It's one of the best guest services we have in our network ( Being a crew member in a flight company ) : Excelent place to stay in, friendly personnel , very clean and cosy rooms , could be olso perfect for a family trip .

Very nice hotel and cute team, i'd like to stay here with my gf and we are very happy. Also we'd like the breakfast here. Thanks for everything! I'd like the view in our room to the center of Moscow - It is magnificent!
