A wonderful experience!
I was a little concerned after we booked this place to read some of the bad reviews in recent times. But my experience with my spouse at the hotel was really great! I cannot say enough about how helpful the staff here was, including Lindsay and Gabe at the front desk. Lindsay went out of her way several times to help us! Yes, the rooms are a bit dated but they still were very nice. They had everything a guest needed. Great bathrooms and amenities. Nice kitchenette. Great, comfortable bed. And we were blessed to get a room on the 6th floor which was slope side and gave us a gorgeous view of Mt Crested Butte and the action in the plaza. Also the hotel was clean throughout. Every staff person we met from the bell staff to the front desk to the restaurant folks were friendly and helpful. And you can't ask for a better location on the mountain. We would definitely stay here again and had a wonderful time!

Our Favorite Place to Stay in Crested Butte ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I love this hotel! Every time we come to Crested Butte, we stay here. The staff is always very friendly, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and what I love most is that it's right by the mountain. The location is perfect, and we always have a great experience. Highly recommend!

What a s$&@hole this place is. 4 th of July weekend. Just got back from dinner in Crested Butte and were told that the parking garage is full after we have paid for daily parking. Nearest open parking a long walk away. Very dangerous in pitch dark. Very dated accommodations. Very expressive rated. Stay away from this flea trap

Alex and Matthew - great welcoming staff
We arrived at Elevations at 10 pm and my van would not fit in the garage. So while Matthew helped my wife get checked in and get all the bags upstairs Alex walked over to the oversize parking to help me because the lot is hard to find at night. Super nice guys and it was so nice to have their help after a 5 hour drive. Thank you!

I give 5 stars to our valet, Alex. He was very kind, attentive, and personable. Alex represents Elevation perfectly!
