Beautiful property, the Greenery ,the views Amazing. The staff were very supportive and always helpful in everything we needed. Lynette from the service team , Geoffrey front desk .& Michael valet were very friendly also smiling always ready to cater to us . Also the rooms are well cleaned , the spa was amazing, Rael was great . No noise just Best sound of birds chirping.

Where will I start? My family and I were so happy the first day we arrived at Fairmont Mt Kenya Safari Club. We met a very unique person by the name as Paul Mugo at the front office a gentleman who was really smart,a person who won our hearts with his welcoming smile on that very first day. He's the first doorman who made us feel well welcomed. His coordination is smooth. I watched him even during checking out he's there for all clients. Making sure all guests belongings are clean and non is left behind. He is very sharp,quick and ready to assist. He introduced to us about Game drives and who had to book for one.Paul we are here to say thank you and May The Almighty God Bless You and Bless Mt Kenya Safari Club fraternity. It was our best experience ever.
