Fairmont Mount Kenya Safari Club

Where will I start? My family and I were so happy the first day we arrived at Fairmont Mt Kenya Safari Club. We met a very unique person by the name as Paul Mugo at the front office a gentleman who was really smart,a person who won our hearts with his welcoming smile on that very first day. He's the first doorman who made us feel well welcomed. His coordination is smooth. I watched him even during checking out he's there for all clients. Making sure all guests belongings are clean and non is left behind. He is very sharp,quick and ready to assist. He introduced to us about Game drives and who had to book for one.Paul we are here to say thank you and May The Almighty God Bless You and Bless Mt Kenya Safari Club fraternity. It was our best experience ever.

This is the second visit within a year. Excellent location, polite staff and service. A special mention to Peter who took care of the fireplace and hot water bottles at nighttime

Beautiful location and warm, friendly staff. Thank you Winrose for helping make my stay so memorable. You were always available to help me with my activities which I enjoyed very much. My favorite activity was your hiking safari with Elijah. I loved the hot water bottle in my bed each night at turndown. What a special treat! The grounds, pool and restaurants were amazing. It was a pleasure to meet Vironique who manages this beautiful hotel. I highly recommend visiting the Fairmont Mt Kenya.

Our stay was nothing short but amazing, memorable and enjoyable This place is beautiful, a very peaceful escape; with added touch of blending luxury with nature and wildlife, Would definitely recommend for relaxation, adventure, or a special getaway.
