We just returned from an amazing 40th Anniversary trip to Mount Kenya Safari Club. We spent 7 of the most fantastic nights being spoiled by the most incredible staff. The hotel grounds will leave you speechless. We stayed in the Ray Ryan Suite with the most spectacular views of Mount Kenya. And we were lucky to see it every single day from our balcony. On property we fed the monkeys, took a bike ride, enjoyed the giant maze that was so fun. Spent some time at the Wildlife Rescue Center, and enjoyed the amazing spa. We took the most spectacular horseback ride to our sun downer, which the staff dubbed the FUN DOWNER because we all had a blast. We encountered beautiful giraffes and got so close. Our guides took amazing photos of us with them. Our Safaris were organized through the property and the were nothing short of AMAZING!! ANIMALS SO MANY ANIMALS!! The baby elephants were it for me! So many people made this trip so special for us. From the second we started researching over 10 months ago, Lincoln, Guest Experience Coordinator was patient with us and guided us to planning a luxury 40th Anniversary Trip. Shout out to: Fredrick who picked us up and dropped us off at our 2nd hotel. He was the best and took time to take a picture of a part of town with my name and send to me!! Kamata our guide. You will be very fortunate if you get him as your guide. Kamata, THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING!! He took some amazing photos of us and we didn't even know. It was like having a private photographer and is so knowledgeable of all animals and the towns. From housekeeping to waitstaff 10/10 TOP NOTCH Service. So kind, so friendly. They just made our stay perfect!! Christine Peter (so nice and caring when my husband wasn't feeling well, Left us a note in our room to check on him) Wilson, Leonarda, Richard, Faezal, Elizabeth, Omandi, Angeline, Nelly, Murugi and so many more. If you get the chance to go to Fairmont Mount Kenya Safari Club.. DO IT!!! You will not be disappointed!! Thank you all for exceeding our expectations!!

The Fairmont Mount Kenya Safari Club has truly become a home away from home for me. Whenever I am in Nanyuki, I make it a point to visit—whether it’s just dropping in for lunch or checking in for a few days' stay. What makes this place so incredibly special is the team, who have come to feel like family. In particular, I want to highlight my friend Ann Maina in the restaurant and fine dining team. Ann always welcomes us with the warmest smile, instantly making us feel at home, and her level of service is absolutely impeccable. A special shout-out also goes to Otieno and Wairimu at the bar, who always take such fantastic care of us and add so much to the experience. I highly recommend the Fairmont to anyone visiting the area. It’s an exceptional property with a spectacular team!

Our family had a wonderful stay at Fairmount Hotel Nanyuki. We spent a few days there, and every moment was enjoyable. The hotel provided a warm, peaceful, and welcoming atmosphere, making it the perfect place for a family getaway. The rooms were comfortable, the food was excellent, and the entire staff was friendly and professional. A special thank you to Anne, the waitress who served us during our stay. She was exceptional—kind, attentive, cheerful, and always made sure our family had everything we needed. Her outstanding customer service and genuine care made us feel valued and at home. She truly went above and beyond, and her dedication made our stay even more memorable.
