From the moment we arrived, the setting was breathtaking—perfectly framed views of Mount Kenya, beautifully manicured grounds, and a calm, luxurious atmosphere that instantly set the tone for the celebration. A special mention to Wison, who was amazing and the lady who set all up (sorry I can't recall your name😪). Wilson (who is also amazing at training golf) really took his time to walk us through the grounds, explaining everything in detail and making us feel completely at home. Thanks to him, I’ll definitely be coming back for golf lessons next time. The staff overall were warm and attentive, the rooms elegant and comfortable, and the food exceptional—fresh, well-presented, and full of flavor. The entire experience felt serene, exclusive, and memorable. That said, the checkout process could use some improvement. The rooms automatically lock you out after a certain time, and unfortunately the lights, room phone and phone sockets stop working as well. This makes it difficult to call reception or request a caddy for help with luggage, especially if the door doesn’t open and get a bit stranded. A bit of advance notice or a smoother system here would make a big difference. All in all, an unforgettable birthday experience with just a small area for improvement.

We came back to Fairmont Mount Kenya with a special addition our new baby 😊 A big thank you to Caren for recognizing us and her warm welcome. She took great care of us throughout our stay. Egesa, Mary, Elizabeth, everyone was amazing! We truly felt at home again and can’t wait to be back later this year.

This has to be the best spa experience my wife and I have ever had. Bernice and her team, Rael and Vella made sure our booking was slotted in, took us through the various treatments and delivered the best couple's massage experience we've had so far. Thank you Guys.

The place is just amazing, from the friendly staff to the good food. The river rooms are quiet, clean and serene. Absolute value for money.

The Fairmont hotel is an excellent place. The service and the people who work there are first rate. The grounds are meticulously kept and the location is beautiful.
