Loved everything about it and especially the staff!
We’ve travelled a lot and have been in many beautiful hotels all over the world. I only write a review when I really feel I need to and in this case the hotel deserves it! Everything was just perfect, the ambiance is fantastic, food is great, location superb, service outstanding and all the special animals on the estate make it a unique stay. But most importantly the staff, it is all about the personal touch and warm welcome, from the firestarters to the reception, the cooks and the gardeners. Definitively on our all time top 5 list!

Truly Exceptional Service. World Class.
The service is as good or better than most any resort we’ve patronized, including the many Four Seasons, Ritz Carlton, and Aman resorts we’ve visited. The staff is genuinely friendly, and they work hard to make your stay exceptional. We highly recommend The Mount Kenya Safari Club. Make sure to fly into their private airstrip to really get the Indiana Jones experience!

Extremely Wonderful, as always.
Daniel Chonjo, the Duty Manager is extremely efficient, professional. Michael, one of the Concierges and Kinyua are wonderful and go the extra mile. Egesa and Wilson the waiters are great. The assisting housekeeping- Isaac, IT- Hausa and Maintenace team- very responsive. Michael with the Horses, Josephat in the Orphanage- exceptional.

Wonderful stay !!
Beautiful facility to stay at , a respite from the world . The presence of animals in the property makes for a calming environment. Room is well appointed, food is delicious and well prepared and service , particularly from Elizabeth in the dining room , was impeccable . Highly recommend this hotel for an awesome safari experience.
