Amazing holidays in calm and green island. The butler service concept is so great - special thanks to Danil - very atentive and caring service from the very first moment arriving on the island. A la carte restaurants offer a wide selection of local quizine (ask for mango and papaya for desert) 😊 Spa treatments recommended!

Perfect location, excellent servicel Food extraordinary, reef is live and very close to the beach. At this place I've seen more snorkeling guests than at any other place. We were very warm welcomed by our concierge Danil, always available, very helpful, and in the same time leaving us to make our choices. Bars and restaurants- excellent sevice, excellent meals, sunny and friendly staff! Prabath at the sand bar is shiny person, that make you feel even better! Green and nature friendly island and resort! Highly recommend!

Family of 4 (2kids under 5) 9 nights Premium All Inc Waterfront pool villa Airport lounge / sea plane transfer very well organised. Accommodation; Villa 601 The villa was a very good size and we liked the layout, bed was super comfy. AC was very good and quiet! Minibar - POOR We found the 4 beers, 8 sodas and a half bottle of White Wine lacking. For Premium AI the beer & wine brands are simply not good enough! No Snacks included. Exterior - good size decking, furniture of high quality, pool size good and easy access to the reef. Bonus life jackets for the whole family! Liked the fact the decking had sun and shade until about 3:30/4pm. Room itself was noisy at night from the waves crashing on the beach soo if you’re a light sleep consider a different room. Downside was location - next to the sport centre and Jetty. There was banging most days due to some works under the jetty and across the stay noise from waste removal and fuelling the island. Also being super picky didn’t like seeing 1 or 2 big oil tankers in my view between the islands everyday. Appreciate that’s probably out of the resorts control but it’s not my ideal paradise view. During the booking process we did request a room on the 501-510 side however we were told on arrival the resort was at full capacity. Having asked 3 times over a 4/5month period I’m unsure how this couldn’t have been organised! Small details matter. Housekeeping was very good We really enjoyed the use of Bikes for the whole family, it was a big hit! As was Naan our butler, the kids loved seeing him at breakfast each morning and chauffeuring us around the island whenever they wanted! We hope your Son did well at his badminton tournament! Island itself - beautifully maintained, easy to navigate and fun to explore Reef - fantastic From the Villa we enjoyed seeing daily Dolphins during Sunrise and 5pm Reef Sharks. The house reef here’s is wonderful, we enjoyed snorkelling and seeing an enormous amount of fish, coral, turtles, black reef tips, rays and Lemon Sharks. Definitely the best house reef we’ve visited by far! FOOD / Our butler pre booked reservations before our arrival which we were very greatful for especially travelling with young children having the ability for an earlier dinner was much appreciated: (There was still flexibility) The market (Buffet) serves Breakfast & Dinner Breakfast - the selection of food was good, with all the standard items you’d expect. Big shout out to Akhil and the Pancake team, our children throughly enjoyed choosing what pancake design they wanted and you guys didn’t disappoint. Every morning they sat around the table beaming with Shark, turtle, dolphin and even a Dragon for CNY made from pancakes and they loved it! Only negative for breakfast is that there’s only one venue. Dinner - Themed evenings We visited twice and on both occasions the food was good, hot and we all enjoyed our meals. The only feedback would be to improve the Sushi offering: Sala - Our favourite, it’s a Vegan restaurant, located above Benjarong. The food here was delicious, we visited several times so we managed to cover most of the menu. Try the oyster mushrooms - you’ll be surprised they’re not scallops. We felt Sala was the best kept secret. Fab location, great for a pre or post dinner drink too! Benjarong Thai - Probably the most popular. Food is good and the children enjoyed Looking for sealife. Sea Grill Lovely menu, and the only place we felt we received good drinks service. Shout out to Supoon for all the food recommendations and taking great care of us. Even remembering to order the vegan icecream for our toddler when we visited. Sand Bar - great spot for a lounged lunch, same menu as Sea Grill. Whenever we visited Oparli was always there with a smile and took great care of us. Across the restaurant we did feel that the children’s menu being the same for lunch and dinner was quite limiting. Service - food service was always very good. Drinks service - always slow… like 10minutes plus slow, everywhere all the time unless water was being served. We found this really frustrating as well as the lack of premium drinks inc in the PAI. We’re not big drinkers but it would have been nice to enjoy a branded Champagne, Beer or Gin and the wine menus were no better.. 8pages of bottled wines to purchase for 1 page of included by the glass. I guess we felt the drinks concept was stingy or monitored. Definitely not the usual Premium All Inclusive offering - we would have been better on a different package Kids Club - Happy friendly team, really flexible when babysitting our toddler. Facilities were good and well shaded Spa & Wellness - we didn’t use the spa but heard only positive things. Dive Centre - visited for snorkling kit and use of a kayak with the children, team friendly and happy. Overall we did have a wonderful holiday, the team always seemed happy and the house reef was fantastic.

We had an absolutely wonderful honeymoon. All the staff were very kind and attentive. The food was delicious at every restaurant, and we truly enjoyed every meal. The ocean was incredibly beautiful, and even as beginners we enjoyed snorkeling every day. We would love to come back again someday! Thank you for making our honeymoon so special.
