For most hotels, good service starts on check in. For this hotel, it starts at the airport. And from that moment on you don’t have to lift a finger. The staff are obviously all very well trained. I picked up on small details like how every member of staff said hello as you passed, from the general manager down to the groundskeepers. And when you go for a meal, the waiting staff always have you a choice of tables. That small detail was really appreciated. The food was fantastic. We were on the all inclusive which was lovely. Not everything is included but the vast majority is. It’s only the more expensive cuts of steak and whole lobster dishes that I noticed that weren’t included. Your butler books the à la carte restaurants for you and there was never an issue with getting reservations. And although the hotel was at capacity, the restaurants always felt calm and spacious. The island itself is beautiful. As an old coconut plantation, the island boasts many palm trees and now landscaped grounds which are pristine. The hotel gives every room bikes to get about but we walked due to having a small baby and buggy with us. It’s max 15 mins to walk across the island. We stayed in an overwater villa and it was beautiful. The hotel provided a cot for our baby which was really comfortable and good quality. The best thing about the villas is being over an amazing bit of house reef. We could go out our room and snorkel everyday and see reef fish, sharks and turtles. Being that little bit further out to sea the overwater villas offered better snorkelling without having to swim out to sea. My only suggestion for improvement is to work on the accessibility of the restaurants and buildings. We had a pram, but every building had steps to get in. And in addition some had thick sand in front. This meant we always had to carry our pram to get inside. It’s a shame accessibility hasn’t been considered in the design. Ramps could easily be installed to fix this problem for future guests. It was unforgettable vacation in my life! Especially, the butler Azim helped my family a lot for really everything! Hope to visit again

Fantastic holiday stay. We when with our kids (10,11) and we enjoyed all 9 days and 8 nights. Incredible beach, we were able to snorkel everyday saw sharks, turtles, octopuses, stingray and all kind of fishes! We enjoyed seeing all different parrotfish especially! All the crew in the hotel was excellent! We had the chance to be closer to Muhey, magnificent butler, James and Ahmed excelente waiters they help us tried every meal! We played padel some evenings and there are very nice places to stay around in the island! In summary an experienced to be repeated!

我和妈妈在酒店待了四天五晚，非常美妙的体验，酒店的工作人员都非常热情，我们的管家Saeed非常尽职尽责，因为妈妈不会骑车，大部分时间都是Saeed负责车接车送，总在我们需要的时候及时出现，非常感谢Saeed. 还有这几天遇到的工作人员都超级nice，泰餐厅的 Amila，ishan，Obbs，and handsome boy from thanland（我忘了问名字），做Spa和我聊了很多有趣经历的Cute Thailand Girl who live in Australia before… so many nice people ！ Really unforgettable Spring festival holiday here！

An overwhelming warmth and impeccable service accompanied us throughout our entire holiday. From the excellent, high-quality food and the superb comfort of the spacious villa with ample privacy, to the park-like, natural, and meticulously maintained grounds with their large, mature trees, the snorkeling opportunities, the spa, and so on, everything invited us to relax and enjoy ourselves. The entire special atmosphere captivated us and has therefore led us to return to this island for a second time, something we hadn't done before in our numerous Maldives trips.
