Dusit Thani Maldives is absolutely worth visiting with stunning sea views and beautiful scenery. We are very grateful to our Chinese housekeeper April on the island. She warmly welcomed us as soon as we arrived. She is very careful and considerate, and booked restaurants for us in advance. After every meal, she would come to greet us and ask about our accommodation and travel experience patiently. With her thoughtful care and perfect resort facilities, we had a wonderful and relaxing vacation here. My pre-teen son and I recently spent 6 nights at Dusit Thani (11-17 July). It was without a doubt the best-ever holiday for both of us. Great location, wonderful vibes, picturesque and lush everywhere, top-notch services, great food and drinks, and endless fun activities. We are currently staying at another resort in Maldives, not to compare and contrast, but things are definitely far less commercial and more authentic at Dusit Thani all around. Everywhere in the resort is straight out of a postcard, it is so calming and relaxing to watch the turquoise sea, listen to the wavse from the overwater villa; and to cycle everywhere. The manta ray and whale shark calls are unpredictable which makes the experience even more magical and special when they actually happen. We literally dropped everything and ran for it when the alert came through (it does take some practice to get everything ready in advance so we just need to jump on our bikes the moment we got the alert). Twice we swam with the mantas in open sea, breathtaking. Salama is simply the best – super experienced, patient and funny, and went out of his way to make sure we had a safe and enjoyable experience. All other staff members at the dive centre are super helpful and friendly as well. Another must-try is the sunset beach BBQ, one of the most blissful moments. Alex and his team made everything perfect, and food was cooked to perfection. My son absolutely adores Azim our butler who sorted our everything for us ; Atta the Maldivian chef who taught us to make Maldivian tuna dishes and cooked him noodle soups every morning; Muhammod our housekeeper who makes super cute animals out of towels everyday (the ray with my glasses is our favourite) and kept our villa meticulously clean. There was also Mai at the Market restaurant remembered how I like my coffee every morning, Shareef and Shafiu who took us out for fishing… Everyone is so smiley and genuinely warm and friendly. Thank you for everything! There are still so much more we wanted to do, which means we will definitely come back visiting soon.

My wife loves Dusit Thani, she loves Saeed, our legend of a butler, she loves Haneef, the charming waiter in the Sand Bar, she loves the food, she loves the staff, she loves the little hawksbill turtle on the reef (Theresa by name), she loved the plunge pool, she loved everything. Which means I'm a happy man. Will it make Sandra happy to return, yes it will, so we will return, again, cannot wait.

Our stay at Dusit Thani Maldives was absolutely fantastic! The scenery is breathtaking, the rooms are incredibly comfortable, and the dining options were excellent. Most of all, we want to thank our private butler, April! Her service was incredibly attentive, thoughtful, and super responsive. She anticipated all our needs before we even had to ask, allowing us to fully unwind and enjoy a completely worry-free vacation. Thanks to April's care, our holiday was absolutely perfect. My partner and I just spent our honeymoon at Dusit Thani Maldives from July 6th to 11th, 2026, and honestly, we are still dreaming about it. The island itself is absolutely breathtaking, but what truly made this trip unforgettable was the incredible team. The warmth and hospitality we experienced here completely blew us away. Right from the start, our amazing butler Saleem was an absolute lifesaver. He literally ran to help us with everything, anticipated our every need, and solved any little detail instantly. He made us feel so pampered and looked after. The dining experiences were just as magical. At Sala Restaurant, Amila gave us the best recommendations and made us feel so welcome with such friendly conversations. Over at Sea Grill, Irfan looked after us with immense care and kindness, making our dinners truly special. And we still can't get over the magnificent Thai food and the wonderful hospitality from the whole team at Benjarong! Every morning started perfectly thanks to the breakfast team at The Market, who fulfilled our every single request flawlessly and instantly. During the day, Laura at the Activity Center helped us organize the best tours, making all our adventures super smooth and exciting. Even returning to our room was a joy, he was so incredibly polite and kept everything completely spotless and flawless. In the evenings, the fantastic team at the Sand Bar gave us magnificent service and went above and beyond to make our honeymoon celebrations feel so special. We met so many wonderful people during our short stay that we unfortunately couldn’t catch everyone's individual names, but to the entire team working between July 6th and 11th—including those whose names we might have missed—please know that your kindness and exceptional service truly made our hearts melt.
