One-of-a-kind experience
Our stay was fabulous. From the moment we arrived at the airport in Male, the team of Dusit Thani took care of us. Even in the airport lounge we found glutenfree snacks. We had a very warm welcome there and enjoyed the friendly and kind service during our stay. The villa was very clean and chill, the gardens and beaches very well taken care of. The service staff at all of the restaurants go above and beyond to meet all requests. As I celebrated my birthday during our stay, I found a special set table for breakfast with a georgeous flower bouquet. And when we came back from dinner, the villa was decorated with flowers and even a personalized cake with a candle. That was awesome! We took two trips with the ocean center to snorkle with Mantas. Something, one will never forget. The reef around the island is home of plenty of fish, some sharks and some turtles es well. The water is crystal clear, very clean and even though some coralls are damaged, its still in good condition. Only one thing was a little off and that was the butler service. He barley checked in with me, did not respond to a question in days, missed to make a reservation for dinner. And probably the only person, not smiling and friendly on the island. He asked me to not call, but better text him, "because he is busy" on our arrival. Well, not exactly what you would like to hear from a person who is supposed to read wishes from the eyes. Anyway, it did not diminish our experience and we will come back to this incredible island.

Horrible
We were required to leave the resort more than SEVEN HOURS before our flight because the seaplane transfer was shared with guests from other islands. The flight itself is only about 40 minutes from the resort to the airport, which makes this schedule completely unreasonable. We have traveled all around the world and have never experienced such an arrangement before. Considering that we paid over USD 1,200 for the seaplane transportation, this was extremely disappointing and unacceptable. Our flight is around 9:00 PM. It caused major inconvenience and took away from what should have been a relaxing end to our stay. For the price of this resort, we expected far better organization and service.

The naturally beautiful large island offers very comfortable guest rooms, excellent service, and Sister Levi's very considerate and attentive service attitude.

The butler levi is extremely nice and always ready to help. He is very gentle. The island is very beautiful and the meals are excellent.
