Dusit Thani Maldives

We stepped off the sea plane and were met by April, our personal butler. She drove us round the atoll in her buggy giving us such detailed information. Every morning she what’s appd us the days events and booked us into the restaurant of our choice for the evening meal. There were four restaurants - one specialising in Thai food, one in seafood, one in plant based / vegetarian and one self service buffet ( with a different theme each evening). Without exception they were all fantastic! Not once in thirteen days were we disappointed! There were two minor things that needed mending at our villa but they were dealt with immediately by her and nothing was ever too much trouble for her, or for any of the Dusit Thani team!! Everyone of them was welcoming and courteous and ensured your stay was a most pleasurable one!!! We are an extremely satisfied couple who have said that this resort was the best we have stayed at!! We will be back!!

Best vacation ever! Once we stepped on the island the vacation immediately starts. Everyone was welcomed. Staffs are very passion and professional. Especially our butler Ajaa, who took a good care of us while during the stay 5 stars for Ajaa. Several restaurant option from Buffet to Thai food but our favorite was the Sea Grill! Amazing lunch and dinner at there. We saw dolphin jump out from sea during lunch at Sea Grill. They have awesome cocktails! Watermelon frozen margarita was my favorite. Snorkeling was amazing experience. We can star doing it right from of villa. Best Vacation ever. Highly recommend everyone come to Dusti Thani

The scenery here is extremely beautiful, and the housekeeper is very responsible. The food is extremely abundant and very satisfying. The diving view is also very nice. If I have the chance again, I will definitely come here again.

Severe hygiene breach on arrival: complimentary comb in sealed package contained previous guest's hair; no follow-up from butler despite immediate report. Departure mismanagement was dangerous: butler falsely claimed flight delay to postpone seaplane to 16:00, risking missed international connection (MU236 19:05); independent evidence showed no delay. Inadequate transfer buffer omitted; only proceeded after strong negotiation. Post-stay via Ctrip: resort refused to acknowledge errors, dismissed concerns with irrelevant lunch offer. Unacceptable at luxury level. Destroyed 30+ years of trust in Dusit brand. No accountability shown.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Dusit Thani Maldives with my wife and our 1-year-old baby. The hotel is truly magnificent, surrounded by breathtaking scenery and vibrant coral reefs. The staff was exceptionally attentive, making us feel welcome and cared for throughout our entire stay — especially our butler Danil, who went above and beyond to make everything perfect for our family. The food was excellent and varied, offering delicious choices for every taste. I would like to thank all the personnel of the Market restaurant who were friendly and kind and also prepared special food D’or our baby. What impressed us the most was the underwater world — the marine life around the island is stunning, with colorful fish, rays, and turtles all visible right off the reef. It was an amazing experience for nature lovers and snorkelers alike. And all that was accessible directly from our front water villa. In short, our stay at Dusit Thani Maldives was truly exceptional, and we can’t wait to return one day. Highly recommended for families and couples looking for a dream island escape!
