I recently stayed at The Leela Mumbai for a business trip and had a mostly great experience. The hotel is perfect for business travelers, with spacious rooms, and excellent meeting facilities. However, I had an issue with the air conditioning in my room, which stopped working in the middle of the night and made it pretty uncomfortable. Luckily, Varina from the lobby was amazing. She got a technician to fix the AC right away and even offered me a different room to make sure I could sleep comfortably. Her quick response and helpful attitude really stood out. The dining options were also fantastic, especially the breakfast buffet. Despite the AC problem, my stay was very enjoyable, thanks to the great service. I highly recommend The Leela Mumbai for business trips.

We went for the Sunday Brunch at Citrus, The Leela, Mumbai on 19th May, 2024. It was Excellent. The Mango festival was on and they had incorporated the fruit in a variety of dishes from prawn starters to chilled mango soup to main dishes to desserts- lots of innovation. Food was delicious and the service was excellent. Mr. J.B. Chand served us extremely well. He was very helpful and polite and very knowledgeable. Thank you very much. Divya Malhotra and family

what makes Leela Mumbai different from others? Its the pleasure of them having you. The hospitality they extend. Its the smile and easy check in and taking care of all your needs without saying generic ‘Sorry Sir’ they say ‘Will Do’ and the star of my stay was Mr Akshay Patil. What a jovial man with such humble nature. Kudos to him for making my stay special. I would love to meet him again on my next visit! Fluffy pillows and king size bed almost every 5 star property has but the hospitality Leela extends is what makes them different. Shout out to their house keeping, front desk and kitchen team (Chef Deepak another gem) too.

I had an amazing stay at the hotel.The staff at the reception and even at their restaurant Citrus are very accommodating and friendly. They help with all your requirements. The breakfast spread is super and something that one should never miss. Will definitely return with family next time as they have a green oasis across the property.
