The Leela Mumbai

The Leela is my 'go to' hotel in Mumbai. It is perfectly located for passengers between flights as well as being superbly comfortable. The food is excellent, the rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated, but what really endears this hotel to me is the staff. They are, purely and simply, wonderful.

Siddhesh is a good gym trainer. Helped me out in the workout.

I had an unforgettable holiday at The Leela Mumbai. The food and drinks were delicious, and the staff truly exceeded all expectations—so kind, sweet, and respectful. A special mention goes to Mr. Marshal Hiwale, the Assistant Restaurant Manager; he is a wonderful man—so caring and attentive—and he really spoiled us with his culinary skills. We will never forget the experience we had with Marshal. You simply have to meet him to see just how good people can be; if I had to rate Marshal, I’d give him a 10 with a golden plus. I stayed on the 6th floor. The housekeeping staff were so kind and really spoiled us; they kept everything spotlessly clean—just excellent. There are morning and evening teams, and the staff are wonderful, kind, and incredibly polite. I highly recommend this hotel. I also stayed at the Taj Tower Hotel for two days, but I would still choose The Leela Mumbai for its staff, the sense of calm, and the respect shown to guests.
