The Royal Club floor
The Royal Club floor is well worth booking your room on. The package is excellent value. Executive receptionist has excellent customer service skills, he is polite knowledgeable and efficient. The staff are attentive and friendly. Thank you Leela, we will definitely recommend

Professional yet personalized
Very comfortable and spacious, had all the amenities for quick trip. Nothing bad to highlight. Airport is less than 10mins away. Very courteous, Gerald helped with CheckIn and made sure everything was smooth. Nothing rushed, good conversation and arranged within minutes. Staff at all levels represented Leela hospitality. Calm and peaceful inside room and outside. Spacious surroundings and green layout.
