7 star Experience
This is without doubt the best Hotel in and around Mumbai. The service is second to none - what I mean by that is that the people there are amazing. They sincerely cannot do enough for you. To give you an example, my mobile phone was lost at the International airport. 2 Duty Managers went to the airport to try and locate it for several hours at a time - they spent 2 days there talking to Security etc, Lost and found and so on. I wasn't expecting that - but they genuinely cared. I am so pleased to be able to say that I have experienced the best Customer Service from them - you could rate the overall experience as 7 star. If you are reading this review, then just book it! It's not the cheapest hotel, but trust me when I say this - the customer experience is incredible. the quality of food, breakfasts etc is top notch. Everything is A rate. THANK YOU LEELA - see you soon!
