Pleasant Surprises Everytime
Leela is an exemplary example of opulence meets service. I have been a patron of this property for over 15 years now and they just keep on escalating their standards. A special mention to Mr Gerald Gomes - incharge of Royal Club and above Categories. His services have set a benchmark which is tough for any other hotel to follow let alone the staff at the Leela itself. Over the past many years he had spoilt me rotten and he probably a major reason why I would choose Leela over the rest every single time.

I had a truly wonderful experience at The Leela. The hotel offers excellent facilities, a luxurious ambience, and outstanding service. Every process was handled smoothly and professionally, making our stay completely comfortable and stress-free. A special mention to Gearled, whose behaviour was extremely polite, warm, and helpful. The way everything was managed with genuine care and a sweet smile made our experience even more memorable. The Leela truly represents luxury, hospitality, and exceptional service. Highly recommended—I would love to visit again!

Delightful.Again.
I stayed at the leela royal club for 4 nights and absolutely enjoyed it. We were made to feel so welcome and absolutely looked after. The staff, Gerald, Subham, ritwik and kishore really took good care of us and made us feel at home. We’ll be back.
