Problems with booking
Problems with the booking and payments. The front desk insisted on us paying for our breakfast even though we had written confirmation that our company had made a room and breakfast booking. Took a while but eventually they admitted their mistake. Staff adopt an attitude that the customer must pay and I felt awkward and uneasy. Manner was friendly and courteous but not listening to the customer. The lift is one of the slowest lifts I ever experienced in a hotel . Problems continued with incorrect charges being applied after booking the airport drop off limo. Beware: Check all your invoices on check out !!!!! Bharat addressed all the issues and has apologised but beware nonetheless. Rooms were good and everything else good. But there is a friendly hostile attitude to customers.

Good time with family
Overall the experience was great. Had a good leisure time with family. Cocktail hour were great. Darly and Sahil made the service very smooth. Little bumpy experience at the time of check out however I would rate the experience 7/10
