I came here for office confarence but I really feel like home. Also during our checkout we celebrate onam aswell. Suhana was very nice person from front office she help me for pictures

It felt like home, not just a hotel I stayed at The Leela for around five weeks on a work assignment, and what made the experience truly memorable was not just the beautiful property or the facilities, but the people and the warmth they showed me. When my colleagues left and I was staying back alone, Ravi from Citrus told me, “Don’t think that you are alone. We are here with you.” It was such a simple gesture, but it genuinely made me feel comfortable and at home. During my stay, I unfortunately fell quite sick with a viral infection. Being unwell away from home is never easy, but the team made sure I was taken care of. Arpita even accompanied me to the clinic, which meant a lot to me at that time. The Citrus and Jambhar teams were incredibly thoughtful about my food and wellbeing, and Shubham, Ankush, Ravi and the entire team deserve a special thank you. I would especially like to mention Honey, one of the young chefs. His warmth, enthusiasm and genuine hospitality really stood out to me. Despite being young, he carries himself with great professionalism and has a lovely approach towards guests. Honey, keep going—you have a bright future ahead of you! I would also like to mention Mayuresh, my gym instructor, for his exceptional professionalism, discipline and dedication. His consistency and commitment were truly impressive. After five weeks, I can honestly say that what I will remember most about The Leela is not the room or the facilities—it is how the people made me feel. When you are away from home, small gestures of care can mean a lot. The team at The Leela made sure I never felt like I was on my own. Thank you to everyone at The Leela who made my extended stay so comfortable, warm and memorable. Hospitality is not just about providing a service. It is about making someone feel cared for—and this team did exactly that.
