Exceptional service in Mumbai
My mum (66) and I (36) stayed at The Leela Mumbai this February, and it was easily the best hotel experience we’ve had in Mumbai. From arrival, the staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive without being overbearing. We stayed in the Royal Club rooms, which included a separate check-in and access to the Royal Club Lounge. The lounge was a calm place to relax, especially during the evening drinks between 6–8pm. Breakfast was served at Jamavar instead of the main buffet, which made mornings feel much more relaxed. The complimentary airport transfers were also a great added bonus. The service really sets this hotel apart. Having previously stayed at the Taj Palace Mumbai and JW Marriott Juhu, we can confidently say the level of care at The Leela was superior. It’s the main reason we’re returning again in just a few days. A special thank you to Kevin from the Royal Club, who was consistently kind, professional, and attentive, and to Subhash and his breakfast team for going above and beyond, including arranging off-menu dishes for us. Our stay was memorable and seamless, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend The Leela Mumbai. We’re very much looking forward to returning, on Christmas Day in fact!!

The Royal Club floor
The Royal Club floor is well worth booking your room on. The package is excellent value. Executive receptionist has excellent customer service skills, he is polite knowledgeable and efficient. The staff are attentive and friendly. Thank you Leela, we will definitely recommend
