Excellent sbd welcoming stdy
Fabulous hotel with exceptional friendly staff who were always attentive and helpful. Lovely spacious rooms. The food was excellent in the 3 restaurants we dined in. Lovely rooftop pools with fabulous views of the beach An oasis of calm and so pleased we chose this hotel

Unparalleled service and care and attention - ten out of ten for guest experience. The Cocktail Bar on the terrace offers arguably the best sunset view in Mumbai - The menu of cocktails and food is excellent Lavish at the front desk was particularly helpful

Best place to go through hell - comforted and supported all the way
If you have to go through the hell of trying to get a FedEx package into Mumbai, you want to be in the Oberoi. Their unfailing support, caring staff and luxurious facilities make hell at least bearable. Package cleared customs and arrived at the hotel after I left. Oberoi staff did the correct thing and refused it.

Lovely hotel with great service
We spent two quick nights here. Our room was elegant, quiet, modern, comfortable with a water view. I enjoyed our room. The front desk and staff were very accommodating. The food was tasty, room service was great, and the fitness center was nicely equipped. We didn’t get a chance to explore the area around the hotel. But I did not get the impression that is was a very walkable area.
