Incredible Service
I stayed 4 nights at the Oberoi Mumbai, commencing on January 14th. I cannot say enough positive things about the Concierge Team. Danny arranged, on a "moment's notice," an excursion by speedboat to Elephanta Island. The local guide, Avinash Madhavi, was a native of the island and spoke English and Hindi, the latter being critical because of the non-English speakers in my group. Avinash knew everyone on the island and made the experience amazing for all of us. Sachin, also part of the Concierge Team, was also incredibly friendly and helpful. Others who provided fantastic service included Shreya at reception, Johnson as doorman/bellman, Saksham as a cook at Fenix Restaurant and Endrea who was a trainee with apparently varied roles.

In all my stays at this property, I’ve never found anything negative to say. Everyone is very attentive and helpful. Endrea at the restaurant was great. Prepared a great tasting platter according to my requirements.

A Thoughtful Take on Indian Flavours at Ziya
Ziya offers a beautifully refined Indian dining experience. Honestly it was great The flavours are familiar yet really elevated, with each dish thoughtfully prepared and well balanced. Presentation is elegant, and the service is attentive without being overwhelming, Kudos to the team m. It's a restaurant where tradition meets finesse, making every meal feel special and memorable.
