Modern luxury
A modern end to our tour of historic Rajasthan and Mumbai. Busy hotel at times but staff couldn’t do enough for you. Great restaurant service at Fenix. Lovely view of bay - although misty/foggy most of the time while we were there. Rooms most comfortable

Simply fabulous!
Simply fabulous! The hotel staff is fantastic, so is the hotel, with a unique view over the ocean and beautiful sunsets. Location is perfect to explore down town Mumbai.

Incredible Service
I stayed 4 nights at the Oberoi Mumbai, commencing on January 14th. I cannot say enough positive things about the Concierge Team. Danny arranged, on a "moment's notice," an excursion by speedboat to Elephanta Island. The local guide, Avinash Madhavi, was a native of the island and spoke English and Hindi, the latter being critical because of the non-English speakers in my group. Avinash knew everyone on the island and made the experience amazing for all of us. Sachin, also part of the Concierge Team, was also incredibly friendly and helpful. Others who provided fantastic service included Shreya at reception, Johnson as doorman/bellman, Saksham as a cook at Fenix Restaurant and Endrea who was a trainee with apparently varied roles.

Great experience
A thoroughly enjoyable stay with consistently warm service. The food across the restaurants is excellent, and the coffee is always spot on. Housekeeping is prompt and efficient, keeping everything immaculate. With its convenient location and attentive team, it’s a place that makes travel feel easy and comfortable.
