Fantastic service. Staff made the stay memorable. Shout out to Lavnish and Shreya. They went out of their way to make it memorable for my 8 yr old including playing a part in my son’s Elf’s adventures

The stay was comfortable and breakfast was good. However, the dinner or lunch (Indian) is of bad quality. We had dinner for 2 days, the Rice was very hard, Dal makhani was full of Makhan without any taste, the Mix veg curry was very spicy and full of capsicum, green peas, tomato and carrot only without other vegetable. On 2nd night we explained to make the rice little soft, but it was hard like the previous day. There is no provision for free evening snacks like Taj hotel.

The staff is impeccable creating the most wonderful experience. The restaurants are fantastic. Rooms are spacious and clean. 5-star experience in every way!

Perfect - Best experience ever - It is rare to find a hotel where the entire team—from the front desk to the gym to the dining room—operates with such harmony and heart.

Absolutely flawless. Great check in experience. Neha Aggarwal (front office manager) was very welcoming and engaging. She is very proud to work for Oberoi Hotels and we can see why. Breakfast was excellent. We liked the a la carte format as the food was fresh. Huge portions though - no one needs 3 slices of banana bread (as delicious as it was!). Maybe a toasted banana bread option would be good too :) Would like to see bun maska chai on the breakfast menu next time - I saw the staff willingly obliged to this option on the next table even though it wasn’t on the menu. (That’s what sets this place apart from other 5* hotels in the city - they will try their best to help).I can see the Oberoi chefs delivering the above suggestion at an exceptional level. Try the Japanese bento box if you have time - it was a really healthy breakfast. Really enjoyed the paneer parathas. We really like the pool area at Trident and agreed it was one of the best in a city. Great view of the sea. The burgers by the pool were great. Rooms were kept so well. Super clean, thanks to our housekeeper Muani, who left thoughtful gifts in our room. We thought the team near the Oberoi entrance were super helpful when we were organising Ubers etc. A special mention to Jaskandar. We have no doubt that we would choose this hotel again on our next visit to Mumbai. I felt so sad when we left!
