Another visit to this place have already fallen in love with the view and service. Though the food quality can be improved otherwise it's a great place to stay in Mumbai.

The attention to detail, warmth, and overall experience truly reflected the high standards of hospitality your team consistently delivers. A special mention to Chef Haider and Chef Nishant at Ziya—both were incredibly warm and attentive, ensuring that every dish was customized perfectly to our preferences and taste, making our dining experiences at Ziya and Vetro truly outstanding. Mr. Harpavit from Guest Services was prompt, courteous, and extremely helpful, ensuring that all our requirements were seamlessly taken care of throughout our stay. Ananya Gupta from Housekeeping ensured that our room was immaculately cleaned and turned down each day at our convenience, with all amenities thoughtfully arranged as per our preferences. Lastly, Neha Agarwal Lovely truly went above and beyond to take care of us, ensuring every arrangement was handled flawlessly. Great stay at the Oberoi
Fabulous stay at the Oberoi. It was my friend’s birthday and we were upgraded to a suite. There were flowers and a birthday cake too. All the staff we were in contact with were superb . Great facilities , great food. Would highly recommend
