From the moment my mother and I checked in, we were treated like VIPs..... the welcoming women at the front desk were wonderful, the young man assisting with our luggage was wonderful and Joan, our Guest Relations Coordinator- well let me tell you: she made us feel so comfortable and like family as soon as we arrived! She swept us into a gorgeous all glass and crystal room and offered us some bubbly while we signed our papers. She then gave us a DOUBLE UPGRADE to the Atlantis Suite! The room was amazing! This is a boutique hotel and every room is decorated differently. A beautiful plate of fresh fruit and some wine arrived with our luggage. This suite is literally steps from the pool, which has a swim up bar. The bartender, Viccilis (I probably spelled that wrong) introduced us to some fantastic drinks, and Joan came down several times a day to check on us and would take a shot with us (on her). The music they play is an eccentric mix and sets the tone for a great day- whether you are floating around on one of the blow up pink flamingos or swans or catching rays on the padded lawn chairs. The poolside waitstaff is close. Y at all times to get you a drink or food from their extensive poolside menu! Since it is right on the Ornos Bay, you have your own private beach where you can take a dip in the refreshing cool water or take their kayaks or paddle boards out. We chose to have facials at their spa by Athena, and she was wonderful! We had complimentary breakfast there every morning and there were traditional Greek favorites, as well as eggs, bacon etc. One thing I will point out is that unlike the resort we stayed at in Santorini, where there were TONS of stairs that were uneven and made of cobblestone, here everything is smooth. You really must make this your choice if you are planning a trip to Mykonos!

I stayed at Kivotos for 4 nights. My experience from the first moment to the last was unique! The reception and the service were very personal. Let me add that the drivers were very helpful and kind to us. We enjoyed our bath at the hotel's personal beach where we had water sports while doing a relaxing massage. For the afternoon, we enjoyed fantastic cocktails in the pool while dining in the restaurant with many tasty dishes. We will surely come back again, as the service of this hotel was so friendly and gentle. I strongly suggest tĪæ go at this hotel as its a real gem in Mykonos!

From the second we arrived here it felt like home. Amazingly relaxing, beautiful gardens and really private little beach. The staff could not be more helpful. The rooms are very clean, comfortably and tastefully decorated. The food was spectacular, only topped by the magnificent location. An amazingly romantic setting when with the right person. Can't wait to visit again!

We had our wedding at beautiful Kivotos last weekend and as usual the staff made our family and friends feel like family and pushed the boat out to make sure our stay was extremely memorable. The setting for the wedding was stunning and the party was fantastic, helped by the brilliant DJ and extra touches by the staff. The boat trip on the Prince the following day was the icing on the cake. Can't wait to return for our anniversary, but maybe not with 45 guests!

I based my decision to stay in that hotel based on an advert in some luxury magazine ... Plus pictures looked amazing ... I took a suite. Room was spacious and with all comforts ! Cleaners and serving personnel was extremely pleasant, professional but also friendly. They give so much to that place ! Yet again, it was a suite but had a jacuzzi with shower in it, yet again, if you wanted to use the shower holder then the water flew over your head to the floor (I'm tall) :/ so only way was to hold the showers yourself- I found it so stupid and ridiculous for the price they are asking for the room, like seriously?!?!?? They do have extremely good physiotherapist and the girl who does manicure- she's GOOD !!! And super pool personnel!!! I also did private dinner by the sea- they charge a fortune for it and food itself was just poor, and that's said mildly !!!! Things were whether cold or overcooked or not seasoned, I left half the things they served because of the poor quality. I complained, I was listed, they agreed, said their apologises and that's where it ended- no compensation nor whatever .. :D I would stay there again as every single person working there is just amazing ! They have the best staff.. But next time I would take more simple room (with terrace and sun bed) which would cost way less and yet again had real proper shower and would be equally nice, just slightly smaller ! AND eat outside !!! City is full of amazing restaurant !
