This hotel was one of the worse hotels I have ever been to Villa reeked of cat urine and cigar/cigarette odor We traveled half way around the world and were extremely disappointed to find the condition of this hotel

I went to this hotel in October. October is the ending of the tourist season in Greece and in fact most places shut down by November 1st. We arrived at the airport and waited for the shuttle to pick us up, they were a no show and it was only the kindness of another tour company calling the hotel to tell them we were waiting that they actually came and picked us up. They stated they were not aware we were coming in yet had no problem booking us in under our reservation. While being checked in the manager asked us why in the word we would wait until October to come to Greece. The way she said it made us feel we were keeping them closing up early. This attitude set the tone for the rest of the visit. We went down to the pool and even though there were about 4 or 5 employees standing around we could not get any service until we went up to the pool bar and asked for menus for lunch. I then ordered a drink which was never delivered (we were sitting at the bar) As we ordered off the menu for lunch we were told that most of the items on the menu they were out of and would not be getting any more. The room was nice but no shower only a hand wand in the tub which was a very nice tub but not if you needed to stand and shower since it is curved on the bottom and I almost feel twice. My girlfriend took a bath and it was comfortable for her (she is 6ft tall) but once she drained the tub water leaked all over the bathroom and we had to call the front desk to get it mopped up. The location of the hotel is perfect it is in Ornos Bay and only a 5 minute walk to the beach area of Ornos where there are a few shops and some great restaurants right on the beach. A cab ride is about 7 minutes into Mykonos. One day it was raining so we booked massages, I had a facial and it was the worse facial I have ever had in my life. The girl who was giving me the facial had just smoked a cigarette and as she bent over me to apply lotion all I could smell was smoke on top of that the facial itself felt like it was done by a 5 year old rubbing gobs of lotion all over my face. Not relaxing at all since you could hear only the base of the music from the pool area, a pounding rock sound track instead of the soothing tunes noted in a spa. We just felt that the hotel already had the attitude that they were closed and so service was lacking in general and that we were bothering them for being there. The bellman and his older brother the shuttle driver were both very friendly and helpful and you could tell then enjoyed their job. I loved the view from the room and the area but will never stay at Kivotos again. it may have been nearing the end of the season but if you are still open for business the service should still be in affect.

Hello readers, We are a rather demanding couple when it come to our vacation, but we are very cautious as well, because we have been deceived many times in the past by social media and booked our stay to hotels whose page in the social media did not at all correspond to reality!! This year, we decided to stay at Kivotos in Mykonos as it was fit best for our tastes and our choice could not be more right. A boutique hotel with just the right number of suites and as a result, the environment was as perfect as much as it was comfortable. The small gardens are a true ornament to the hotel. The same thing can be told about the private beach where you can enjoy your swim with tranquility as it’s a beautiful bay on the island, so close to Mykonos town, but yet so far away from its hustle and bustle. Despite the fact that Kivotos has around 40 suites, it offered the exact same things we would find in a luxurious hotel complex, without the tumultuous noises of a crowded hotel. In retrospect, it was the ideal hotel for our holidays in Mykonos and as our demands were met in a perfect way we will definitely be back for summer 2018!!

Third time in Mykonons and thrird time in Kivotos! The best choice for a luxury stay. Kivotos has the best and most convenient location on the island for us. Furthermore, the numerous luxuries provided in combination with the friendly staff of the hotel, not only exceed our expectations every year, but mad us book our stay to Kivotos hotel for summer 2018 from this early on.

Great hospitality. Fantastic service. We spent a fantastic holiday in the Island of Mykonos. It's been a month since we left Mykonos and Kivotos and the memories as well as the beautiful hospitality of Kivotos is still fresh in our minds. We enjoyed ourselves 24 hours a day! The breakfast reminded us something of a gala buffet, having a refreshing swim at the private beach, having lunch at Le Pirate with Mediterranean tastes, having dinner at La Meduse and last but not least, I haven't had a better night's sleep and that was because of the super soft mattresses and the linen sheets! No wonder why we almost never left the hotel and deal with the hustle and bustle of Mykonos.
