As soon as we arrived at the Mykonos ferry dock, we had a very kind gentleman waiting for us in a Porsche. It was such a great greeting, we made small talk, he helped us with our luggages and made sure we weren't dehydrated. It gets very hot in Mykonos, although you do feel a breeze. The staff is impeccable, from the moment we arrived, they were helpful. They always made sure you were okay or if you needed anything. The more I travel, I find that hotels forget how important service is. Especially when traveling abroad. We received a tour of the beautiful hotel grounds. Love how peaceful it is, compared to the town at night. The food was great and the drinks were superb. Very different and tasty. My fiance and I also decided to have dinner at Noir restaurant, at the hotel. The restaurant is only for two people. My fiance and I did agree, that the price to have dinner at the Noir restaurant was pretty steep and basically paid for the experience. Nonetheless, it was a great experience. We felt very special and even got to exchange words with the chef after. The reasons why I rated the hotel with a 4 was because of the following: 1. Cleaning Service - The ladies were very pushy about cleaning our room. They insisted to clean the room, while we were inside, they couldn't wait for us to leave the room. I found it odd. Plus it didn't happen once, it happened several times. 2. When the manager showed us our room, we had viewed a totally different room when booking. At the time is what they had available to offer. Kind of defeats the purpose of booking a certain room in the first place. The manager then goes on to explain, that it is not that first time guests have had the same impression. Which to me is alarming. Either they need to make an update to their room images or get their room bookings together. Besides that, it was a great stay. I would go back and stay at Kivotos Mykonos again. It is beyond beautiful. My fiance and I stayed at Kivotos Mykonos during July 2015. The review is long overdue but I am glad I was able to share my experience.

I highly recommend it to those who enjoy experiencing luxury, relaxing and hospitality at the best location of the island. With private beach...the pool is also amazing. They serve awesome coctails. Also you should taste the food!!!! so tasty!!! Thanks Phillipos and Jason (the owners) for their hospitality!

Stunning Views, Friendly Staff, Steep price. Me and my partner stayed here for a friends stunning wedding! Everything from our stay was excellent. Staff were enthusiastic although a little under trained, but their attitude to succeed and give us (me and my partner) a great visit certainly made up for it. Unfortunately my partner got an infection in her foot which traveled up her leg, (this had nothing to do with kivotos) from a cut she had in her foot. Staff were quick to help at any opportunity as we had to go to one of the medical centres on the island, they would drive us there and pick us up twice a day and when we came to check out they had put that on complimentary which was a great and kind gesture. Sadly i couldn't give a 5 star review because of the price, it was very expensive, while I understand paying a premium at a 5 star hotel is to be expected, some of the charges were obscene. Also while it didn't directly affect me, our friends used the private villa and the air conditioning wasn't working not really good enough, although I don't know if this was resolved at check out. All in, was a great stay for us considering the challenges we faced.

This hotel had absolutely breath taking views, the pools were relaxing one for everyone and another pool was more private. This 5 start hotel was just that, from the food to the pool service and the whole ambiance. The staff cadered to our every need, Clean quite and trendy. Beautiful nights dining in their restaurant was very romantic and just a stable for families as well. I highly recommend staying here. I cannot wait to visit again.
