My stay at John's Hotel was outstanding. I got an upgrade for a room with a private pool which was absolutely stunning. I particularly enjoyed the beach area with its two private beaches, large beds and the waves hitting the pootoon, a perfect setting for relaxing in the sun in a Greek atmosphere with the view on Delos island. The views are marvelous all around, I loved the little chapel inside the hotel. I loved the hotel beach bag and flip flops as well. Special thanks to the host at the reception at check-in and check-out who was nice and very polite. Only downside was the minibar in the room which was loud at night.

Saint John is a must visit place. The views, staff, spa, food and rooms are all first class. Within a day of being here you are made to feel welcome. Nobody looks away or passes you by without a warm smile and a hello. We visited Nikos & Nicola in the Spa on day one for a full body couples massage. I’ve been to plenty of spas before but in Aphrodite, you are alone, it is private and you really can switch off. Nikos got the pressure right and made me settle on day one. Something I never do! Tasos in the pool restaurant at lunch couldn’t do enough for us and the same at breakfast! Now forgive me for not getting everyone’s name at dinner, a few too many exceptional cocktails! The Seabass was line caught that day, a presentation of cleanliness and cooked to perfection. I normally always say yes to doing a review, and don’t often get around to it, but Saint John, Mykonos is an absolute must for anyone that wants luxury, to be made to feel cared for and a real unwind. Keep doing what you are all doing. 🇬🇷🙏🏻❤️

Excellent hotel, great views from the room and pool, friendly staff and the best spa. Most incredible massage also facial at the spa. Nikos was the one who gave me one of the best massages I have had. I would definitely recommend.

The resort proved a perfect place for all four adults and our baby to relax and enjoy ourselves. The whole team worked hard from morning to night to make our stay completely effortless. And when I did think to ask for something one of the team would take care of it with a complete absence of fuss. The resort facilities somehow managed to provide the full range of perfect places to enjoy the day whatever the weather and regardless of whether you wanted company or to have the view to yourself. And the view was always a pleasure.

Positives: Gorgeous hotel. Check In service was excellent Views are stunning, particularly the evening sun sets. Food was outstanding. Breakfast was fabulous, so much choice. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Courtesy bus to town was reliable. Sunloungers were the best I’ve ever used. Very good pool towels. Daily maid service was excellent. Negatives: Bar service was below par. Drinks were expensive. Cocktails were inconsistent in the way they were made. Pool was freezing, only used once in 10 days. Hotel is built into a hillside with no mention of this on the website. Would be unsuitable for people with mobility issues. My husband struggled the whole holiday. 3 lifts with multiple sets of steps from reception to the pool. Would I visit again? Yes, but would request a room near the pool/restaurants/bar.
