Excellent Service
The service was exemplary from breakfast to afternoon cocktails with my friends. The team made us feel at home and we thoroughly enjoyed every moment. Our hostess Lydia went over and above to ensure we were comfortable and perfectly executed the birthday surprise for my friend with the team. We proceeded to CinCin and we were made to feel at home by Criselda who ensured we tried out the amazing cocktails that were available. All in all...it was a day well spent and we shall definitely come back.

A place to unwind even on a business trip!
What a nice surprise for a business trip hotel. It transformed the stay like I was on holidays. The breakfast buffet was good, and the lunch buffet was very classical, unfortunately. But overall, it was a nice stay! The staff was kind and welcoming.

the greatest satisfaction
I love this style. It is one of the best hotels ever. Amazing service, willingness of the staff, high level. I had a business stay here with days off for relaxation and excursions, which they organized wonderfully. All the staff are amazing, for example Elisabeth, or Joy and Sanda from the concierge desk. I don't know all the names, but they are all wonderful and smiling, nothing is a problem for them.

Excellent stay
The rooms, meals, recreation, and so on are quite comfortable. The staffs are very servile and welcoming. I sincerely loved the atmosphere. I feel Fairmont The Norfolk is one of the best hotels in Nairobi. It is definitely hospitable. When I have a chance to get back to Nairobi, I would prefer to stay in Fairmont.

The rooms are so spacious, the staff are so friendly and the foods are a blast. I love all the services. The health club is a paradise for everyone that one’s to keep fit. The pools are so sweet and you can equally have a hot bath uninterrupted. Bye
