Reviews for Hotel Arista
As a regular business traveller and having stayed at other hotels in Naperville, the Arista is by far the best. The restaurant and coffee shop offer great choices for all dining requirements and the gym is well equipped. The rooms have a good desk to work upon. Senyo the security guy is also always welcoming and on hand to help with any drives to local destinations

Been meaning to review this little gem for some time. I frequent Naperville on business from London quite often. I always stay at the Arista. Simply because its FANTASTIC! Lovely spacious rooms and bathrooms, Very good Gym, lovely Spa, great bar, great food on the room service menu, attentive staff, first rate receptionists. I really cannot in any way fault this hotel. I will continue to come back.

When I arrived, I thought the hotel was beautiful and all of staff was very pleasant and helpful. There was one in particular that stood out to me and her name is Emily. She was amazing and answered every question or concern I had with professionalism. I booked the hotel to celebrate my boyfriend's birthday and we ended up staying for 2 days. We also got to witness a beautiful wedding in their ballroom. Magnificent hotel and amenities. I love this place and I recommend it to anyone looking for a place to relax. It was so peaceful. This hotel will be our go to! I completely understand why it was voted best of 2017!!!

I stayed at the Arista during a tough time. My Dad was in hospice down the street and after 12-16 hrs at his bedside the Arista was an oasis. The room, 1107, was comfortable and quiet. The SugarToad bar had excellent food and wine. Great French Onion Soup, a nice variety of wine at good prices and excellent servers.

Okay, full disclosure, the purpose of my stay was because I am doing business with the hotel. But, that doesn't negate my positive experiences. First, without anyone knowing "who I was" I was greeting promptly by the front desk staff. My room wasn't ready yet (I was very early) the staff kindly stored by bags and Kelly personally walked me to the meeting room. The lobby was clean and smelled great. The marketplace was a convenient touch in case I needed anything. After my meetings, I checked into the room, which was well appointed and very clean. Clearly there was a great investment in ensuring that the rooms were comfortable. There were high end touches all over the room - especially the bathroom! And all the collateral throughout the room had fun little tongue and cheek sayings on them. Loved it! I had a drink at the bar later on and the bartender was attentive and friendly. There was a nice little group down there at the time - vibe felt comfortable and cool. Overall, great stay, friendly staff and very clean accommodations. I am happy to be working with such a unique property.
