Reviews for Hotel Arista
This was the worst stay I’ve ever had! They don’t inform you about the charges you receive upon check in. Actually the staff is completely disrespectful and definitely need some training. We had multiple issues and the manager Pierre was useless. He threatens to hang up the call and he said “do what you gotta so!” So unprofessional. Instead of talking to me and trying to fix the situation he continued to say it was my own fault and that they are doing everything right. Stay away from this place. Go down the street you will find much better options.

Just a bad experience any one of these would not be that bad but put together was. Things started bad when the website which has a guaranteed best rate did not, Priceline was roughly $20 cheaper, when i called IPrefer they apparently don't answer their phone on Saturdays so i called the hotel who lowered the rate a little but not matching the priceline rate i saw. Upon check-in the TV all night was having trouble focusing it was snowing which i'm sure is why but it was annoying. the room was loud and they for some reason the have the thermostat behind a coach and lamp causing you to move those items to adjust the temperature which is fun at 2:00 am. When i turned off the heat because it was too loud the vent by the door kept running and the front desk was clueless about this and the TV problem. I might stay here again but only if no snow or rain was expected oh and to make matters worse and the only reason i'm leaving this revue is that the General Manager Pierre-Louis Giacotto after he reached out to me basically calling me a liar did not return my phone call.

In Naperville for business, this hotel is perfect! Walk in shower, great restaurant and clean, modern rooms! The service was fantastic. The hotel offered complimentary red wine in the lobby for guests in the evenings and refreshments.. I'll be back

This hotel charges $100 extra for incidentals and doesn’t refund the money until up to 30 business days after your stay. Imagine my surprise when I had a charge for $275 on my credit card when the room was booked for $149. I called and was told this is the right amount because they need to cover for any issues with the room or for use of the minibar. I could expect to see the refund in 3-7 days, but possible up to 30. This practice isn’t disclosed. I would never stay here again or recommend that anyone else does.

After long journey of flight, Arista welcomed us very warmly with nice staffs. The room was clean and with everything. I can’t forget staffs’ kindness when my parked car has some problems. Next choose should be Arista as long as I visit Naperville.
