We have been to several places in Naples and this is as good as anywhere we have stayed. Rooms were excellent and the staff could not have been more accommodating.

This was our first time in Naples and we were not disappointed by Naples bay resort and marina at all. From check in to check out everything was perfect for us. The reception staff and valet were very friendly and welcoming upon arrival and throughout our stay. Our room was beautiful and clean with a great view of the boats in the marina. We made use of the on site pool which is 5 min walk across to the furthest part of the property however reception stated they offer complimentary golf buggy shuttles to the pool. We also used the tennis courts and on site spa facilities which were incredible and we had great fun with the tennis facilities being free for resort guests. We often used Cafe on the bay for our morning coffee or fruit smoothies. We had a reservation at Blackbird which is an absolute must for anyone who enjoys Asian cuisine and up market dining experience. Any questions I had during our stay I visited reception and often spoke to Tas who was extremely helpful and assisted us with spa bookings, recommendations, complimentary beach chairs, towels and umbrellas for use anywhere in Naples and reservations. Highly recommend

Naples bay my second home

I’ve been coming to Naples Bay Resort & Marina for five years in a row, and it truly feels like my second home. The marina views are stunning, the rooms are always spotless, and room service goes above and beyond. From reception to the restaurant, every staff member is welcoming and kind. The concierge Hope makes each visit special, which is why I’ll keep coming back year after year.

Naples Bay Resort is a gorgeous property, truly an amazing room with a spectacular view! Every team member exceeded our expectations. So much so, we did not want to depart. From the clean, spacious, beautiful rooms with a view, to the restaurants, the pools, the marina overlooking the Bay, the professional and courteous staff - Great place to call home away from home. Maybe better!
