This year, instead of going out of state, we wanted to see the best that FL has to offer. We chanced upon this gem, the Naples Beach Resort. This place and its great staff really transported us from the daily grind to the much needed relaxing family time. At first, booking online did not go smoothly for me because after selecting the dates, room and when I was finalizing payment, it suddenly said no rooms available. I thought , "Oh No! There goes our vacation". I desperately called in and spoke to Nicole, who really helped us get things back in order (though I did not get the resort credit offer when I got my final bill) We got a last minute Fabulous Floridians booking for a 2 BR suite with waterway view. Marina view is a better view and highly recommended. The suite is very nice, clean, spacious and has everything you need; a full kitchen with all dinnerware/cooking utensils, washer/dryer and very spacious and relaxing after a day out on the beach/fishing or just enjoying the different pools at the Naples Bay Club. The hotel and the club are separate sites but accessible by just a short walk or with the routine shuttle that always seem to be there we need it. They even shuttled us to/from the beach (they even had towels, chairs and umbrellas available for us). They made us feel like we had a personal family shuttle. We loved strolling along the Marina that always seem to have great spots to take photos. We explored the Shipstore and ended up renting a boat for a half day at the resort. I had a better rate available at the other boat rental place nearby but decided to rent with NBR because of their personal approach in explaining the rental process. I felt we were genuinely treated like real people rather than another sale. The crew (Jason) was very helpful, patient and made sure we, first time boaters, are prepared with everything to have fun and most importantly, to be safe on board. The family had a blast discovering boating and the Naples bay/ waterways The best part was a family of dolphins jumping in our wake as we glided through the water. I highly recommend it. The best thing about the resort is that they provided us a place to spend quality time as a family. We enjoyed our family vacation and we will definitely be back for more.

5 Star class Resort. From the moment of Check in until the moment of checkout CLASS ALL THE WAY! We were greeted at check in by Tom and Tony who took our bags from the car into the lobby. Really upbeat and professional. Don at the front desk had us on our way to our 1 bedroom suite in a flash. The suite was everything advertised and more. A full kitchen, large living room with a dining table. The bedroom was adequate but the bathroom was a surprise. Two sinks two toilets a HUGE walk in shower and separated by a door for privacy. The terrace was really nice with a great view of the marina. We never got to the beach but the Resort has a private pool with a separate restaurant which is just a short hop from the Resort. The Resort offers a shuttle back and forth or you can drive over. Towels are provided as well as a private gym and changing area with showers. The pool area has a separate adults only pool as well as a kid friendly pool. The food at the restaurant was delicious! All in all for our first time in Naples we definitely picked the right place to stay. We will definitely be going back. One more thing. It was my wife's birthday and Nicole in reservations had a beautiful fruit and cheese platter waiting in our suite. Thank you Nicole! Check this Resort out. You won't be disappointed!!

I rarely stay at boutique hotels, as I prefer going with name brands I know/trust. But I booked this hotel for a long weekend with my husband and I am so glad that I did. The staff here are all friendly and courteous, without exception. I cannot say enough how nice every employee was. Even (especially) the staff at the coffee shop. They were busy and some guests are rude, but they still smiled and treated us promptly and efficiently. I loved our room! I thought I booked a standard hotel room but was pleasantly surprised to see that we had a full kitchen, living/dining area, bedroom and two full baths with a washer/dryer! The room was modern and tasteful, and housekeeping did a great job daily. We enjoyed the balcony. It was large and had a beautiful view of the marina. We visited the main pool area a few times and had no problem finding seating (the hotel seemed a bit empty while we were there...bartender said this is off-season). There is an adult pool, zero-entry pool and a lazy river. We stayed mostly at the main pool and did one lap in the lazy river (much smaller than pictures show). The bartenders/waitstaff at pool were great and we had a nice time. The location of the hotel cannot be beat. It is near anything you might want to do in Naples. There are many restaurants and shops nearby, which was good since the main restaurant at the hotel was closed for the season. My only complaint, and it's a small one, is that the layout of the resort was a little confusing. We literally did laps the first day looking for the main pool area. There were no signs (at least that we could see) and from our room, it was quite a hike across parking lots and even crossing a street to get there. It wasn't that big of a deal for us, but would have been inconvienent if we had the rest of our family along. I would recommend this resort. We are planning on a return trip this winter, as I'd like to see what the place is like at the peak of their season.

This place is the perfect distance from everything in and around Naples. I was very impressed with the room and of course, the view of the beautiful harbor. Food is minutes from this hotel-as is everything else. You can have your car valet parked or park in the parking garage and take the elevator to your floor from the garage and save a tip. I would highly recommend this hotel and will stay here again when visiting our friend.
