Naples Bay Resort

In the middle of a 9 night stay at The Naples Bay. We are from the UK and have been coming to this hotel most years since it opened around 2009. This is our 2nd visit this year. The location is fantastic set around a beautiful Marina but minutes to downtown 5th Avenue and the beach. Amenities :- This hotel has everything you need and more. A small pool on the marina with a gym close by. The Naples Bay club a short walk away with 2 pools ( 1 adults only) . This is a large area with a lazy river and hot tub. There is a also a large gym ( with saunas steam rooms and spa) with more leisure facilities .. tennis , table tennis, pro golf) . Rooms : The rooms are large extremely comfortable and well equipped with the 1 and 2 bedrooms coming with full kitchen and washer dryers. All with balconies overlooking the marina or the waterways . The beds are so so comfortable ... never slept better. There are a number of great restaurants on site or ery close by to suit any budget or taste Staff and service: Doubt you will find more professional friendly efficient staff on all levels throughout any other hotel in Florida. They have been consistently superb over the years and the service has actually got better and better which is an illustration of how well this place has been managed. This place is squeaky clean in every area.. rooms .. corridors public areas. I would like to also give a special mention on this occasion to Nicole and Hope who went the extra mile in making this particular stay even more fantastic for us which was greatly appreciated . Thank you !! We will be back .

We had an amazing stay at Naples Bay Resort & Marina! The suite was beautiful and so spacious, and we loved having a balcony to relax on. The pool was fantastic, and the transportation around the resort made everything easy and convenient. It was such a comfortable, relaxing getaway. We’d happily stay again!

Our stay here was wonderful!! The staff went above and beyond to make us feel pampered and special! Hope, the concierge heard it was our anniversary and she gave us a special treat of chocolates and helped us get a reservation for dinner. She was so helpful and informative! Miguel, the bellman was so helpful and welcoming. We can’t wait to come back!

We had a wonderful experience while in Naples! The rooms are beautiful, top of the line! The staff is charming, and not overbearing!! The pools are so good , waterfall, hot tub, adult pool, the best!! Food at resort was unforgettable, best breakfast sandwich, high end restaurant quality! There is no downside to this resort, prices were fair, especially on food and parking!! Loved it!! Cary from Boston , oh my. The drove us and picked us up from dinner, that's the best ever!!

Great location with great service. Larry went above and beyond to get us to our friend’s wedding on time.
