The staff, from housekeeping to valet to concierge, went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful stay. Highly recommend this hotel

Beautiful stay and the staff was always pleasant and ready to help. We gathered for a dear friend’s wedding. It was perfect! Our room was bigger than a New York apt! Lovely. The food and service at the pool area were great.

What a great trip! We only stayed 4 nights which was too short. Naples and the resort were amazing. I felt it was an incredible value for what we paid. We had a 2 bedroom, 2 bath suite. It had 2 balconies, a full kitchen with granite countertops, 3 televisions and so much more. We used the shuttle often to take us to the beach (they provided chairs, towels and unbrellas), and dine out or just to explore. The drivers were friendly and helpful and prompt. We rented a boat for a half day at the resort, which was the highlight of our trip. We would definitely recommend to do that and would do a boat rental again - another great value. It was incredible and we saw so many dolphins on our way to Marco Island. The concierge even contacted us a week prior to the trip offering suggestions for dining out or things to do. She was wonderful. What an amazing trip! We wish we could have stayed longer and didn't want to leave.

I visited Naples and the Naples Bay resort in Marina with my father in early May this year. We had a fantastic time and we’re welcomed with genuine care and hospitality. The rooms overlooking the marina were terrific… Very clean and well appointed. We really enjoyed the smaller pool area and especially the quieter adult side. The staff at the hotel could not have been more accommodating. The location is ideal and we took advantage by visiting many things close by to the hotel. We especially love the revs Institute and the Naples botanic Garden. The restaurants downtown including fifth Avenue and olde town Naples were fantastic and the beach was easy to access being only a few minutes from the resort. Additionally, eating at the resort was a breeze. The pool restaurant and bar were quite good and food came out hot fresh and plentiful. The breakfast café overlooking the marina was perfect in the coffee divine. I particularly enjoyed the well equipped fitness area. Hope, the lead concierge, could not have done more for us. I highly recommend visiting Naples and staying at the Naples Bay resort in Marina.

Our stay at Naples Bay Resort was exactly what you hope for in a getaway—relaxing, beautiful, and genuinely welcoming from start to finish. What really made the experience stand out, though, was the service. Two people in particular, Gabriela and Brandon went above and beyond in a way you don’t see every day. They weren’t just polite—they were genuinely invested in making sure everything was perfect. Whether it was helping with recommendations, checking in/out to make sure we had what we needed, or just being warm and approachable, they made us feel like more than just guests. The property itself is gorgeous, with great amenities and a laid-back luxury vibe, but it’s the people that made it memorable for us. We’ll definitely be back, and honestly, it’s largely because of the experience they helped create.
