Naples Bay Resort

Had an unbelievable experience on the weekend of Oct. 3 celebrating my wife's birthday. The resort was gorgeous, and most importantly the room was amazing. We had a suite, and it was spotless. Everything was so clean and nice we didn’t want to leave. Hope was an amazing concierge, she took care of everything and even helped book a dinner at Blackbird. She also remembered it was my wife’s birthday and left us a bottle of wine and chocolate. Mustafa was also fantastic, walking us through everything about the resort and entering all of our questions. We will definitely be back!

This was our fifth visit to Naples Bay Resort in three years and it will continue to be our go-to spot moving forward. Traveling with 3 young kids isn't always easy, but the team here makes it feel effortless. A special shout-out to Hope, the concierge, who went above and beyond to make our entire family comfortable. She anticipated what we needed, accommodated our request with a smile, and made the trip much smoother than even we anticipated. She is top-notch! The property is beautiful, the staff is warm and attentive, and the experience has stayed excellent year after year. That kind of consistency is rare. We'll be back again, and we'd happily recommend it to any family looking for a relaxing, well-run getaway. Thanks again!

We took the time & chose to stay at The Naples Bay Resort & Marina for 5 days. The experience was absolutely wonderful. Our room was spacious, the bathroom was very roomy with a walk in shower, a jacuzzi tub and a large vanity. The property is well maintained with nice pathways to walk to on-site restaurants. Dinner was delicious cuisine at open air locations. The short golf cart trip to the Naples Bay Club for the main pool was enjoyable. The pool area with bar service very pleasurable. The chairs are comfortable, with a refreshing adult beverage. We absolutely will return to the Naples Bay Resort & Marina !!!

Incredible resort with beautiful rooms, amenities and the nicest staff! Hope, the concierge was so helpful with restaurant recommendations and reservations, as well as local places to go! Miguel, was always so welcoming and took great care of us at the valet! Richard, was very friendly and prompt to provide shuttle service. I could go on and on about this incredible staff! We come yearly and have stayed at the Ritz Carlton and other luxury resorts, and this is by far our favorite place to stay! We love it!

In the middle of a 9 night stay at The Naples Bay. We are from the UK and have been coming to this hotel most years since it opened around 2009. This is our 2nd visit this year. The location is fantastic set around a beautiful Marina but minutes to downtown 5th Avenue and the beach. Amenities :- This hotel has everything you need and more. A small pool on the marina with a gym close by. The Naples Bay club a short walk away with 2 pools ( 1 adults only) . This is a large area with a lazy river and hot tub. There is a also a large gym ( with saunas steam rooms and spa) with more leisure facilities .. tennis , table tennis, pro golf) . Rooms : The rooms are large extremely comfortable and well equipped with the 1 and 2 bedrooms coming with full kitchen and washer dryers. All with balconies overlooking the marina or the waterways . The beds are so so comfortable ... never slept better. There are a number of great restaurants on site or ery close by to suit any budget or taste Staff and service: Doubt you will find more professional friendly efficient staff on all levels throughout any other hotel in Florida. They have been consistently superb over the years and the service has actually got better and better which is an illustration of how well this place has been managed. This place is squeaky clean in every area.. rooms .. corridors public areas. I would like to also give a special mention on this occasion to Nicole and Hope who went the extra mile in making this particular stay even more fantastic for us which was greatly appreciated . Thank you !! We will be back .
