Returning guests to the resort
We are returning guests and each time gets better and better. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful and help make the experience that little bit more special. A special mention to Kerry, who provided transport from the resort to the beach. He was a wealth of knowledge sharing with us some recommendations for places to eat in the area and showed us where we can go for a drink. He was a gentleman! A credit to the resort 😃

Honey moon trip and the most amazing experience!!
My fiancé and I went to the resort for our honeymoon and had an amazing stay! The resort is gorgeous and so fun! We absolutely LOVED having Miguel as our driver. He was very sweet, professional, time efficient, opened the doors for us, gave us directions and recommended some great activities/dinners for us! We felt so special with our experience with him and hope to see him when we return! He made us feel right at home!

wonderful hotel
lovely hotel with several insite exceptional restaurants. break lunch and dinner. Sept was a wonderful, quiet peaceful time to go we enjoyed the pool and it's privacy and also went over to the other side and enjoyed the several pools and lazy river. there is also a pool bar for cocktails and a bite there as well. a short walk to tin city for shopping, cocktails and food which we did daily. the staff here were very friendly and accommodating. and Hope, the conseirge was friendly and helpful arranging our reservations for dinner! the rooms were spacious and beds very comfortable. just a wonderful hotel

Great time!
We were there with a group for a wedding. Jose the bell man was absolutely amazing! He suggested the best restaurants and made our stay perfect!

Great hotel and location
Great hotel with apartment style rooms. Amenities were excellent and the local shuttle service provide by the hotel was really helpful. Would definitely recommend and will visit again.

Everyone was very pleasant. Accommodations are very comfortable and nice. The Spa facilities are wonderful as well as the staff. It was convenient to have the shuttle and the attendants were friendly and helpful.
