We just returned from a weekend stay at the Naples Bay Resort. It was our first visit to this resort and I hope it will not be our last. The room was spacious, clean and modern with a balcony overlooking the marina and a large kitchen and washer/dryer (neither of which we used). The pool club is a short shuttle drive away or about a 10 minute walk on the resort property. The pool area is a bit smaller that what we expected, but we had no trouble finding shade at the adults only pool. Lunch at the poolside Bluewater Grill was very good. We went to Catalina Cafe for breakfast and delicious cold brewed iced coffee with coffee ice cubes (nice touch!). The resort is in walking distance to Tin City for some shops and restaurants. Downtown area is a five minute Uber drive. The staff at this resort, from the reception desk to shuttle driver to servers (special shout out to Jason, our poolside server) were consistently professional, courteous, and friendly. The management must treat the employees very well and they pass the respect onto visitors.

My wife, teenage son and I visited last week. Our condo was spacious, clean and featured modern amenities. Our balcony overlooked the marina and was a great place to relax and watch the activity. The pool area featured four pools and two hot tubs which I tried over the course of a relaxing day at the resort. The lazy river is a nice touch. The tennis courts are in very good condition and the pro shop staff very friendly and knowledgeable. While pets are allowed we didn't hear any during our stay. In addition, the resort is very close to many restaurants and stores.

My husband, 15 year old daughter and I all stayed here in April for Spring Break. The resort is beautiful. Gorgeous flowers and fauna and very nice rooms. We had an issue where we thought we would have a pull out sofa bed for my daughter however when we got in the room, there was just a king size bed. We definitely indicated 3 people. They promptly brought up a roll away bed. Unfortunately, it was not very comfortable and we actually ended up going to Walmart to get an egg crate mattress to put on top. There was also not a lot of room for it so my daughter ended up in the "foyer" section of the room, by the front door. Not a great situation but honestly, we were in the room so little that it wasnt a big deal. There was a nice balcony overlooking the boat rental areas and we enjoyed sitting out there in the evening. The food at all of the restaurants there was really good and the one day we rented a boat for the day and ordered lunch at the cafe for pick up the next morning. That was lovely and a great idea. Everyone at the resort was very friendly and helpful. There was one younger guy in the marina who had the personality of a wet dish rag. Not sure why you're in customer service if you can't put a smile on your face but he was really the only one. The one pool area was filled with small children and they invaded the hot tub area which was NOT relaxing. We went to the other pool areas and they were lovely. I would highly recommend this resort and I would definitely go back.

Staying at the Naples Bay Resort for TWO WEEKS usually stay at the Naples Grande hotel. Have been moved once because of a barking dog, woken early this morning by another yapping dog, there are at least three on our floor. Not a hotel if you want a relaxing holiday with a good night's sleep!!!!! Especially as we are here for two weeks.

Our room was well equipped and had a great balcony with a view and ceiling fan. The pool area offered a variety of options from adult only, lazy river, waterfall, and two hot tubs. I purchased a massage and it was well worth it. The changing rooms/locker rooms offered a sauna and steam room. The family utilized the tennis courts and the resort racquets were in great condition.
