Naples Bay Resort

We stayed here for 5 nights having stayed here twice before and had 5 star stays The check in staff were very good and the rooms are always nice Positives added another gym so you have 2 very good gyms on property Pools nice resort feels clean and staff and the little of site coffee shop is great. Poor bar very good as well and housekeeping Negatives this time Poor water pressure in the shower they did try to fix this but it really wasn’t good, this hasn’t been like this before in previous stays. Quite a few sun loungers need changing around pool area several were broken frayed this is around the family pool the adult poor ones are perfect. But the new Asian restaurant has valet parking and they literally take control of the whole area. It feels like when you’re pulling in as a hotel guest you’re an inconvenience and have to squeeze around the outside of them often coming back to the hotel driving. This felt chaotic it feels like the valet parking only place to restaurant and the hotel guest came second. Maybe the hotel can look at this because it’s incredibly busy restaurant from when it opens around four up until closing time. We also found the courtesy buses in the evening not as good this time we managed to get them to take us to 3rd and fifth twice but was never able to be collected previous trips this was easy. We would still stay here again and recommend to people just a few issues this time

Absolutely perfect hotel. The service, facilities and room were perfect. The most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in! The shuttle service the hotel offers is incredible and the staff are the nicest and most helpful people ever! Honestly cannot recommend this hotel enough.

From check in to check out, this was one of the very best experiences. The resort staff was friendly, professional and always available. We were upgraded to a suite which was such an unexpected, wonderful surprise. Our suite was very comfortable, clean and perfect. It was my birthday and on the table in our suite was a split of Chardonnay, a small box of gourmet chocolates and a birthday card, such a nice, and again, unexpected touch. Absolutely loved this resort and will definitely return. I guess the best praise I could give this resort is that there was nothing that could have made our stay any better

It was a great vacation. The resort was beautiful, nice and clean, with a very knowledgeable, friendly and professional staff. They are always ready to inform and help you with any questions or needs. It was our second time there and we hope to be there again. We also keep our boat at the Marina, where Captain John, Oliver, Thalia and all the other crew members are very kind, generous and caring people who are always willing to help. Thank you so much for everything.

Great facilities close to everything you could want in Naples. We will definitely stay at the Naples Bay Resort when we come back to Naples.
