Naples Bay Resort

My husband and I stayed here for one night to celebrate our anniversary, and we were pleasantly surprised by how lovely the experience was from start to finish. Everyone we encountered was incredibly kind and welcoming, and the property itself was beautiful and well maintained. What truly made our anniversary feel extra special was the thoughtful recognition we received — a welcome card and a small bottle of wine waiting for us in our suite. Those little touches really meant a lot. I also loved the bathrobes and slippers in the room — such a cozy, luxurious detail. The bed was very comfortable, the air conditioning was perfect (which matters!), and everything felt clean and relaxing. We enjoyed both cafés on the property and had a few drinks by the pool, which made for a really enjoyable and laid-back getaway. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and exactly what we were hoping for. We would definitely return and would happily recommend this property to others looking for a special escape.

This was our eighth two to three-week stay during late December/early January at the resort. Naples is probably the nation’s most sophisticated resort town. For the “Foodie”, the resort is within walking distance of many four & five diamond-rated restaurants. We've always found our accomodations comfortable and well-appointed, The staff goes out of their way to ensure each guest is well-treated. The addition of Indulge, which ranks as one of the top restaurants in Naples, along with adding an adult section to the pool area are welcome changes. The fleet maintained by the Marina is in great condition and renting either an open-bow boat or trItoon makes for a great outing. I wouldn't stay anywhere else.

Ana at the front desk was most accomodating and we had requested if available room 206 a one bedroom suite on the marina side in Oct and she was able to get it for January for my wife's 75th bd celebration. Ana is a great asset to the hotel and look foward in making new reservations again

Pool hospitality is very poor. We have been coming to naples bay resort for over 14 years and have had great experiences up until last 3 ish years once the older lady managing pool area was hired. Many guests are complaining. 2 years ago she threw my family's items on our chairs in garbage bags and gave our seats to others. We had been sitting in our chairs for over 4 hours. My family went swimming in pool I went to condo to get a new book. Came back items in garbage bag and no offer to help us find new seats. This year day one of vacation, I sat down in chair. Got told I couldnt save any for my husband and daughter who were coming to pool shortly. Was also asked to give her exact minutes til my daughter would arrive. There were over 65 empty chairs and 2 other guests at pool and this was 11am. Not a packed pool day. I get no saving seat rule but we are using them and getting awful treatment. We are also very conscious pool guests and have been for years here. There are much better ways to treat guests and handle pool seats. We feel we can't even swim long, eat at outdoor restaurant or enjoy lazy river long because we feel we have to get back to sitting in seats. Many, many guests are fed up! Don't recommend until this improves.

Similar to a recent review completed by Katie Z..., my family also had a reservation for a three-bedroom cottage at the resort. We had booked the accommodations and prepaid in full through Booking.com four months ago. It was to be a family vacation, including our two grandchildren. The reservation was for the first week of January 2026. On December 16, 2025, we received an email from Booking.com that our reservation had been cancelled. The cancellation was initiated through Naples Bay Resort and Marina. We were told by the Director of Guest Relations at Naples Bay Resort and Marina via a "templated apology" email that our cancellation was due to "unforeseen circumstances." It was also confirmed that there would be no relocation or further assistance provided. Attempts to speak with the Director who authored the email have been unsuccessful. Several attempts at calling and leaving voice messages have also gone unanswered. We are now left with scheduled flights, a car rental, and booked excursions, and no secured alternative accommodations, no support from Booking.com, and, more importantly, from Naples Bay Resort and Marina. Hoping that I eventually receive my pre-payment back in full. In closing, the irony in all of this is that if you go to the Naples Bay Resort and Marina website and try to make a booking, they show that a three-bedroom cottage is still available, along with a variety of other suites/rooms. Some accommodations are even listed at a discounted rate for the date(s) on which my long-standing reservation was cancelled due to "unforeseen circumstances."
