Naples Bay Resort

Beautiful, comfortable room for our family of six. Staff were all very pleasant. Check in was a breeze and since both valet and self park were same price we chose to valet and always had our vehicle within minutes. Grounds were immaculate and property centrally located. Easy drive to restaurants, mall, and beach. We will visit again!

Brianna Fuentes, Naples Bay Resort is the best, a true professional with client satisfaction is on the top of her list! We had booked through a 3rd party and due to a Nor’easter/ Snow Blizzard in Boston we were delayed 2 days due to flight cancellations. Brianna worked with our 3rd party and got us a refund. Lesson learned - we will book next year’s trip directly with Brianna.

I would say this resort was average at best. Room service closed too early and it’s not easy to get snacks or drinks when the restaurants are closed. The pools were nice but far away from the resort rooms and even though they advertised shuttle services they were never available. The housekeeping staff were impeccable and greatly appreciated. The rest of the resort staff was not always very helpful or friendly. The location is great but the room we were in faced the busy street and the front bedroom was noisy and the window didn’t lock. The room overall was a great size and clean. The sink faucet leaked and the washing machine did not work. For the price I would expect them to maintain the property much better than they do. It is in a great location. Close to 5th avenue and tin city. But this is a mediocre resort for a premium price. The service is certainly not at the level of a 4 star resort.

Beautiful place to visit. Great amenities with lots to do. Will definitely go back and would highly reccomend.

From my very first inquiry, Melissa Ryan, National Sales Manager, was incredibly responsive and thoughtful, offering great suggestions that truly helped make our meeting a success. The room she recommended was exactly what we were looking for -- a beautiful, naturally lit room, featuring spectacular views. Isla and her banquet team were hands-down the gold standard. They took great care in setting up both the meeting room and cocktail hour, and everything looked stunning. Junior did an incredible job managing our technology, and the service and food team were timely, efficient, and an absolute pleasure to work with. We truly appreciated the care they took to ensure everyone was taken care of and how quickly they adjusted to any changes. Nicole Rosario, Director of Guest Services, was a tremendous help with guestroom coordination, and everyone, from Gabriela Roja and the front desk team to the valet and transportation staff, was incredibly hospitable and went above and beyond to assist in any way possible. I can’t recommend Naples Bay Resort and Marina enough. A huge thank you to Melissa and the entire team for delivering such an exceptional experience -- we couldn’t have asked for more!
