Naples Bay Resort

Our stay at Naples Bay Resort was exactly what you hope for in a getaway—relaxing, beautiful, and genuinely welcoming from start to finish. What really made the experience stand out, though, was the service. Two people in particular, Gabriela and Brandon went above and beyond in a way you don’t see every day. They weren’t just polite—they were genuinely invested in making sure everything was perfect. Whether it was helping with recommendations, checking in/out to make sure we had what we needed, or just being warm and approachable, they made us feel like more than just guests. The property itself is gorgeous, with great amenities and a laid-back luxury vibe, but it’s the people that made it memorable for us. We’ll definitely be back, and honestly, it’s largely because of the experience they helped create.

Came here to say this was my second stay at the Naples Bay Resort & Marina within the last year and I was equally impressed with both visits but this most recent stay I was completely blown away with the service of shuttle driver, Jose A; people like him can make an entire person's experience and he truly brightened mine! He was fun, and had good knowledge of the area. NBR is lucky to have him as part of the team. He was made for the hospitality industry! I will be back and Jose is a big reason why!

Beware: No drinks in or near the pool. If this is something you would want to do this place is not for you. They have managers that walk around and watch. So if you get a frozen drink it melts because you have to keep it at your chair. The staff was not friendly at all. You have to take a shuttle to get to the pool so you feel obligated to tip the shuttle driver.

Our second meeting here was just as amazing experience as the first one! Melissa Ryan, Ilsa, Alex, and the entire event staff and chefs do a fantastic job with the service, catering, and setup of our meetings. We can’t thank them enough for their attentiveness and hospitality. The Boardroom is the best venue for our meetings and the property is lovely. Thanks again Melissa and team!

We have stayed at this hotel over many years, and it is genuinely sad to see the decline of what was once a great hotel. I remember arriving at Naples Bay Resort and being greeted with warmth, politeness and genuine charm by the front‑desk staff. It always felt like coming home. Unfortunately, that experience has changed. These days you are barely offered a smile. The reception staff often come across as cold, unhelpful and, on several occasions, outright rude. This was not an isolated impression, many other guests we spoke to shared the same experience. If anyone from Naples Bay is reading this, please invest in retraining or changing the front‑desk team. The welcome guests receive sets the tone for their entire stay, and it is currently undermining what was once a truly wonderful hotel.
