First of all, we had some special requests prior to arrival and reached out to Sabrina from guest relations who was wonderful!!! She went above and beyond, with a follow up phone call to check on things. From the moment we walked into the lobby, everything was outstanding. We were created greeted by Lexis, who was very warm and welcoming. Through the American Express platinum, fine resorts, and hotels, we were upgraded to a beautiful club level room. The room was perfect, very clean and comfortable!! Upon checkout, Jewel also was very warm and kind. The entire staff should be commended. The property is beautiful!! Looking forward to a return visit.

I've become a little weary reading hotel reviews after I've already booked a hotel--some excellent reviews with a few horrible reviews sprinkled in. Here was our experience. We arrived at the hotel about 4 pm after a long day of travel. My husband went to the front desk to check in. He was told that our room wasn't ready. Housekeeping was cleaning it. No further information about how long we should expect to wait. We made the most of it by walking around checking out the property. Then we decided to drive to a nearby shopping area (Waterfront Shops). We shopped, we drove back to the hotel. It's now almost 6 pm. My husband checks back with the front desk. Her response is "Have you been called that your room is ready?" Well, no but we've been waiting almost 2 hours. Ugh! This is a very expensive hotel. We booked a long weekend stay. We'd love to start our weekend by getting into our room to change. Not a good first impression. Lucky for us, everything from that point on was near perfection. Every hotel employee was friendly and offered a warm greeting. Seriously, everyone--from the valet to the beach attendants. Housekeeping was fabulous. All the food we bought on site or in the restaurants was excellent. The view from our room was breathtaking, The beach is beautiful. Favorites from our stay: The property is located on a beautiful stretch of beach--sandy with some shells but fine for walking. Separate adult pools and family pools Great little coffee/cafe (Moka) with ice cream, wine, pastries and delicious coffee drinks On site steak/seafood was our favorite meal of the trip. Excellent on all counts. We like to exercise when we're on vacation and we had great options for running right from the hotel. Great neighborhood. Our room was both comfortable, practical and luxurious. Golfed at the sister property and it was also a very positive experience. We've stayed at a number of Ritz Carlton properties, and this is one of our favorites.

I recently stayed at the Ritz in Naples and could not recommend the resort and location more, especially if you're traveling with children. I have a one-year old and was a bit nervous about staying at a nice hotel with her, but every staff member we encountered was so kind and went out of their way to make my daughter feel special and welcome. The resort and grounds are beautiful and all of the on-site restaurants were delicious and a nice variety of cuisines. It's worth noting that the resort is located in North Naples, so we typically drove 20+ min each day to get to attractions in other parts of Naples, so you'll definitely need a car if you want to explore the Naples area. The resort has a photographer on-site (The Photography Concierge), which we took advantage of to take some family photos. I made a last minute appointment through their website and Chris, our photographer, responded quickly and was so great to work with! We're really happy with our photos and love that I didn't need to stress about asking random people to take our photo. Chris was wonderful with our daughter and captured many smiles and sweet moments. I definitely recommend scheduling a session with The Photography Concierge while you're at the resort!

Our experience was a dream! Starting from accommodation, food, beach, everything wonderful! In particular, thanks to Emery from Gumbo Limbo, he spoiled us with culinary specialties, Sherline from Honor Bar, offered us champagne, we felt wonderful and last but not least, MJ from Moca bar, kind and friendly!

Ritz has their customer experience dialed, as always. This is a beautiful property, with luxurious rooms and beds, set on a great beach. We came for a conference, and the hotel absorbed the bustle of a conference better than any other I can think of. There were hundreds of people at the conference, yet the bars and common spaces didn't have the usual conference feel of noisy and crowded.
