The stunning façade of the Grand Hotel Parker's looks exactly as it might have 100 years ago, when it was first purchased by George Parker Bidder: elegant and stately alongside a busy Neapolitan street. Inside, Italy's past is proudly displayed in a private collection of artful masterpieces that embrace the history, culture, and tradition of Naples. Sophisticated, stylish décor fills the parquet-floored lobby and continues into the spacious rooms, palatial suites, and elegantly appointed common areas. Dark, bold furniture stands in calming contrast to the soft, neutral tones of the walls and linens, creating a romantic harmony in each living space. Rooms include air conditioning, heating, a safe, minibar, television, and curtains designed by local artisans that adorn windows framing dramatic views of the city or the sea.

With a perfect view of Napoli and a quieter spot this hotel has amazing rooms, superb bedding and a clean and beautiful decor. Our room was upgraded at arrival and was extremely large and well laid out. The service was good. However. Considering the price of this hotel I would expect better dining services. Don’t get me wrong. Everything we had was fantastic. And there is a two Michelin starred restaurant. Unfortunately there was a blackout right before our reservations and it was just too late to wait to eat dinner. Beyond that though the organization is a train wreck. Getting things when eating can take forever. And it seems like there are just too many service staff. I would also say at times the same item ordered may come out completely different. Again, not a true disaster given the great tasting food. But for the cost of staying here they really should get their act together in the restaurant.

Everything about the Grand Hotel Parker's was outstanding. From reception to general staff to the restaurant/bar, the experience was quite enjoyable. The restaurant alone, with its view of the Bay of Naples, excellent service and great food is worth the stay.

The Grand Hotel Parker's lives up to the name. The hotel is more like a palace, perfectly appointed, and the staff is amazing--there's nothing they couldn't do. We asked them to hire drivers for us for different excursions, and there were no glitches. The Michelin restaurant in the hotel was a phenomenal experience--loved every single course of the tasting menu.

The hotel oozed luxury from moment you stepped in; with its spacious lobby and high end art and furnishings. Its greatest amenities the rooftop bar and 2 Michelin star restaurant overlooking the Italian coast. A back drop of blue Mediterranean waters and mount Vesuvius coupled with fine dining. The rooms were immaculate, the beds comfortable and a pillow menu meant I could select my preferred type, all resulting in a peaceful nights sleep. However, the biggest asset of this hotel are its staff who make the guests feel special and welcome; dealing with any questions, queries or concerns with the utmost professionalism. We had a small issue at breakfast and noticed the drain cover in our shower was missing. Francesco and his team were quick to respond and addressed the matter promptly. I would like to express a sincere thanks to Francesco, Marco, Julie and Vincenzo for making the last few days of our Italian riviera trip for our tenth wedding anniversary so special. Truly exceptional customer service.

It is a 5 star hotel with 5 star quality rooms and 5 star quality service starting from Concierge to reception to Restaurant and even the House keeping is great as rooms are sparkling clean. The Rooms have excellent size, with very comfortable beds. Bathroom is big and everything is well provided with. The top floor restaurant has magnificient views and is a highlight of the hotel. The Hotel also has a Michellin Star Restaurant. The Staff at Breakfast restaurant is so good and efficient. Location is great, depends what you want to do. Naples is a big city and one may like to walk or take a cab. We did both.

I first came to Grand Hotel Parker's for a wine fair and was blown away by the exquisite decor and service. The view from the 6th floor restaurant is breathtaking and the perfect place for breakfast. I routinely stay in great hotels of all grades round the world and put Grand Hotel Parker's right at the top of the tree.
