The stunning façade of the Grand Hotel Parker's looks exactly as it might have 100 years ago, when it was first purchased by George Parker Bidder: elegant and stately alongside a busy Neapolitan street. Inside, Italy's past is proudly displayed in a private collection of artful masterpieces that embrace the history, culture, and tradition of Naples. Sophisticated, stylish décor fills the parquet-floored lobby and continues into the spacious rooms, palatial suites, and elegantly appointed common areas. Dark, bold furniture stands in calming contrast to the soft, neutral tones of the walls and linens, creating a romantic harmony in each living space. Rooms include air conditioning, heating, a safe, minibar, television, and curtains designed by local artisans that adorn windows framing dramatic views of the city or the sea.

From Tony's warm greeting to us -- first time guests treated like old friends - to our reluctant departure this was a great stay. Just the right size property -- ample space but never feels crowded. The tower room felt like having our own little Villa. Mike at the pool is a gem, the bartenders are charming, and the piano bar is a little slice of old school charm. Spa treatments are wonderful, we booked on arrival without difficulty. Conchetta's massages are magical. Fantastic sleep, great bed and blissfully quiet. Hotel location is a great starting point for wanders around the island, and the taxi driver they scheduled for us for a day trip to Sant'Angelo was utterly delightful. We shall be back!

The whole team feels like family, and it’s always a pleasure to return to the Grand Hotel Parker’s—I can’t wait to be back.

We were in Naples for one night prior to catching a flight the next morning and chose the Grand Hotel Parker's based upon the reviews for service, terrace views and the restaurant reviews. We were initially placed in a room that was apparently below the restaurant. When we checked in the noise from above was loud enough that we asked the gentleman who showed us to our room what was going on above us...was it construction or was it something that would continue throughout the stay? He assured us it was temporary and something that did not happen ofter and would not be an issue. The noise continued while we settled in. We went for a drink upstairs on the terrace and came back and hour later...the noise continued. We went for a long walk to explore and returned and the noise was louder than it had been previously. I went to the front desk to inquire what was going on and if this was going to stop since we thought it was construction on the floor above us and now it was after 5:00 pm. I was informed by a blonde haired front desk worker whose name I don't remember but whose poor attitude I do remember since she sighed and was curt when I asked about the noise..that it was not construction but the restaurant and she would call up to them to tell them to stop. It did not stop. I called down too ask for someone to come upstairs to hear what we were listening to and spoke to same woman ( I know this since she sighed again and her attitude was loud and clear) and was told someone would be up to the room. I can not believe we are the only people to ever mention the noise from above since it was from the restaurant and must happen continuely. I only mentioned the issue with the woman at the front desk since it was so out of place among all the other professional staff we encountered. Her attitude and demeanor were completely off putting and out of context to all the other staff and level of service during our brief stay. She needs some of the same training the other staff members have had if she is going to continue to be customer facing. Here is where the hotel's service became outstanding. The front desk manager came up and apologized for the issue and informed us that the were moving to a new room. He was professional and kind and moved us to a fantastic room on the 3rd floor away from the noise. The room was fantastic and the issue was resolved. We had a fantastic meal on the terrace for our last night in Italy. Our waitress was fabulous and engaging. We had a wonderful sleep to be fully rested to start our long journey home and breakfast was lovely. The issue at the beginning of the stay had been forgotten and we said we would be back if we were ever in Naples again. I would highly recommend this hotel and believe it has to be one of the best views from the terrace in all of Naples.

we enjoyed an outstanding junior suite. the powder room downstairs was a great facility. The gym was adequate; the restaurant on level 10 was very good. We had one of the finest meals of our life at the Michelin star George restaurant. Truly outstanding. Service throughout the hotel was first class. personal, welcoming and professional.

On our recent trip to Italy, we stayed at the Grand Hotel Parker's. We were a little concerned about staying in Naples based on previous stories we heard. Any reservations we had were put to rest when we drove up to the hotel. Grand Hotel Parker's is located in a very safe residential area outside of the city center. However, it is extremely walkable to a number of delicious restaurants and high end shops. It is also close to a beautiful park and you can easily walk to water. When you walk into the hotel it's like walking into a museum. The walls are lined with beautiful paintings and the lobby is adorned with sculptures that look like they were lifted from the Uffizi Gallery. The room was very comfortable and had a small balcony that provided a view of the Chiaia district below. The highlights of our stay here were the breakfasts and the fantastic service. Every morning, we sipped cappuccinos while staring out the large windows that looked out to the water and to Mount Vesuvius. The staff not only brought out a variety of pastries, yogurts and fruit, but they were attentive to any custom requests (e.g. cold americano) and offered made-to-order dishes. Everyone was polite and friendly. This warmth and affection also extended from the desk attendants and especially to the concierge. Unfortunately I forgot the gentleman's name, but he was always ready to help with a big smile, and he provided two restaurant recommendations which turned out to be the best meals of our trip. He would always greet us when we came back and asked how we liked it. He truly helped provide a family-friendly atmosphere. If you are going to stay in Naples, I highly recommend Grand Hotel Parker's for the A+ staff, wonderful views, and convenience to the water.

I first came to Grand Hotel Parker's for a wine fair and was blown away by the exquisite decor and service. The view from the 6th floor restaurant is breathtaking and the perfect place for breakfast. I routinely stay in great hotels of all grades round the world and put Grand Hotel Parker's right at the top of the tree.

My stay was very agreeable, the suite very pretty, and we had a magnificent view of the gulf of Naples. The staff was charming.
