About the Hotel

The stunning façade of the Grand Hotel Parker's looks exactly as it might have 100 years ago, when it was first purchased by George Parker Bidder: elegant and stately alongside a busy Neapolitan street. Inside, Italy's past is proudly displayed in a private collection of artful masterpieces that embrace the history, culture, and tradition of Naples. Sophisticated, stylish décor fills the parquet-floored lobby and continues into the spacious rooms, palatial suites, and elegantly appointed common areas. Dark, bold furniture stands in calming contrast to the soft, neutral tones of the walls and linens, creating a romantic harmony in each living space. Rooms include air conditioning, heating, a safe, minibar, television, and curtains designed by local artisans that adorn windows framing dramatic views of the city or the sea.

Reviews for Grand Hotel Parker's

Beautiful hotel with a couple of minor challenges

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 5 days ago

The hotel itself is great. Beautiful and away from busy downtown Naples. The staff is excellent - especially Marco the Concierge! But the front desk team is also quite nice and very helpful. The breakfast is outstanding and everyone is so very accommodating. The reason for the 4* review is the room itself. There were areas that needed a bit of paint. And the bathtub/shower is problematic as others have mentioned. It’s is very difficult to regulate the water temperature and the tub does not drain during a shower. Hard to imagine that this cannot be fixed. Still - it is easy to recommend this wonderful hotel as the issues are inconvenient but not enough to override the upsides of this property

Excellent stay

We found the Grand Hotel Parker’s every bit as exceptional as we had hoped. Excellent and attentive services. We also found the restaurants on the floor to be of high quality. The room was cleaned thoroughly and on-time every day. We also took one evening to eat at George and the tasting menu was exceptional. Lastly, excellent and friendly concierges who were a real pleasure to consult.

Very disappointing.

Rooms and amenities very disappointing. Hotel reception staff was lacking in ability to correctly book reservations for dinner .

You may want to choose another 5 Star Hotel

This review is mostly negative for two reasons: A simple five minute shower would overflow the shower floor. You are left standing in a inch of water under slippery conditions. The carpeting showed staining throughout our bedroom: avoid Room Number 521, first room off the elevator. Next, the 5th floor hallway had water leaking down the walls in two areas, leaving water on the marble floor and stains on the walls. During our 5 night stay, nothing was done to correct the problem. The best part of the stay was the 6th floor breakfast. But after the 2 day, you realize that you don't need all that food and the Etagere of yogurt, fresh fruit, butter&honey, rolls&bread, and pizza, and 5 types of pastries. It is all too much. You have your choice of pillows, which again is over the top. The location is up and walking 'down' into the Centro Storico' will take over 30 minutes. The closest Metro is Piazza Amedo (Line 2) and about ten minutes away. If it had not been for a packaged deal from Delta Airlines, I would not pay the price of over $600.00 per night to stay here.

A wonderful hotel with great staff and lovely rooms. Impeccable service and a fabulous location. The terrace bar must be the best in Naples.

I first came to Grand Hotel Parker's for a wine fair and was blown away by the exquisite decor and service. The view from the 6th floor restaurant is breathtaking and the perfect place for breakfast. I routinely stay in great hotels of all grades round the world and put Grand Hotel Parker's right at the top of the tree.

My stay was very agreeable, the suite very pretty, and we had a magnificent view of the gulf of Naples. The staff was charming.
