From the moment we arrived at Loews Vanderbilt Hotel, Van made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. After a short drive from Huntsville, his bright smile, thoughtful hospitality, and delightful attitude were exactly what we needed. Van went above and beyond — helping with our trash, getting us water, and taking the time to share great suggestions for nearby places to visit, along with recommendations if we decided to stay in and enjoy the hotel. His kindness and professionalism truly stood out and made our stay even more enjoyable. Exceptional customer service like this deserves recognition. Thank you, Van, for making such a positive first impression and setting the tone for a wonderful stay!

Room was nice Bed was exceptionally comfy Unfortunately we were not informed prior to arriving anout the building work going on. Drilling at 8am every day we were there including Sunday. Reception was a makeshift podium and not very inviting. Long walk to bars on Broadway. Gotta mention Van the concierge guy. He was fantastic and gave us very good advice for breakfast 3 minute walk from hotel. Really like Loews hotels but would have stayed elsewhere if I had been forewarned about the building works

Hotel was clean and comfortable, the staff was very well trained in CS. Two major issues though #1 the hotel is under construction. I could hear it from my 2nd floor room and it interrupted the conference I was attending constantly. #2 was the cost for the location. Loews is 1.5 miles from the active area of Broadway. Walkable but unsafe to do so at night. At $300+ a night you are pretty remote from the tourist area but I assume if you have business at Vanderbilt it is an ideal location.

I simply cannot say enough good things about my recent stay here. From the moment I walked through the door upon my arrival until the time I checked out, I was impressed. The staff was genuinely thoughtful, the rooms were beautifully appointed, and the entire experience was memorable. I have to admit that wherever my future travels take me, I will be seeking out a Loews for my stay. Thank you for making my first trip to Nashville a great one! I'll be back!
