Loews Vanderbilt Hotel

I’m currently staying at Loews hotel and I must say I’m enjoying myself thus far. This is my first time staying at this hotel and I must say the staff have all been very friendly and professional. I want to give a special shout out to Mr. Van as he was able to steer me in the direction to where breakfast was being served. He also showed me to a nice area where I could work remotely in the hotel and where the gym was located. He explained so of the amenities that were available to guests. He also gave me a suggestion for lunch if I wanted to grab a bite to eat. He was very knowledgeable and friendly so I just wanted to commend him and the hotel for doing a great job! I see that the hotel is going through some renovations. I read online that the rooms have already been updated and I’m happy to say I’ve throughly enjoyed my room and I like the way the hotel is coming along. Eveyone is doing a great job! Can’t wait to come back and visit.

My husband and I visit often for weekend visits and the experiences get better each time . The assistant manager Kenyon Bucknor was very friendly and respectful during my checkout. Mr Vann was also very nice and resourceful on our way out . We will be back !

We stayed at the Loews in Nashville while there for our anniversary weekend. The hotel was beautifully appointed. It had nice clean rooms and an amazing coffee bar downstairs in the mornings. The concierge, Carl, was very helpful in helping us find live music near the hotel without the huge crowds on Broadway. Upon leaving, Van with the valet service was very helpful. We recommend you give this hotel a shot. It exceeded our expectations.

Such a great experience. I wish the feont entrance wasnt under construction just so I could see how beautiful it is. Our room was spacious and the bed was amazing! Van was the best...he was a daily cheer up handing out water and making everyone feel special. Nice work keeping him around!

I can’t express how friendly everyone is!! It starts as soon as you pull in. Van greets you with a warm smile and friendly assistance. I haven’t had a chance to try Mason’s restaurant since it has reopened, but it looks gorgeous. The new Masonette is great for a quick coffee or bite. I haven’t tried anything yet that I don’t like. Everyone there is super friendly as well.
