Loews Vanderbilt Hotel

Aww man! It's soooo many good things to say and soooooo many GREAT people to shout out at this hotel. From top to bottom this is BEST SERVICE I've ever received from hotel staff in my lifetime! From the front drive to front desk to coffee shop to housekeeping to concierge to banquets to AV. Every last employee I came in contact with left a memorable experience. Your hotel should be studied and other hotels need to learn from you all. I do have a few names I want to especially recgonize: Front Desk: 1. Priscilla 2. Jamie 3. Joylisa Bellstaff: 1. Van Concierge: 1. Gary (Shoe collection is FLAWLESS) Coffee Shop: 1. Alexa (Hope her knee gets well soon) 2. Can't remember his name but gentleman with the magnificent beard Banquets: 1. Magdy 2. Tom 3. Rapheal 4. Sherry 5. Mary 6. Gorgit 7. Mark 8. Salim (hope I spelled that right) 9. Georgia (Virginia's Daughter lol) Last but not least Madeline!!! She is a TRUE ROCKSTAR

The staff at Loews Hotel was top notch. Everyone was friendly, efficient and helpful. The hotel was very clean and the bed was quite comfortable. Highly recommend!

Joy at Loews Nashville is an outstanding staff member who provided exceptional service during the first evening of my business trip. After a long day, I was in need of hydration and a quick bite, but the in-house dining options had already closed. Joy went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of—offering bottled water and lobby-friendly snacks to get me through the night. Her kindness and attentiveness truly enhanced my stay. Concierge Gary Jamison was absolutely extraordinary. My two sons and spouses traveled to Nashville for a long weekend family reunion and I wanted to have a gift basket of goodies waiting for each of them in their rooms when they arrived after a very long day of travel. I missed the deadline for ordering fruit and local toffee. Gary was so unbelievably gracious to offer to call down to the kitchen to see if they could possibly accommodate my request that evening. And they DID! AND, he was so wonderful to reach back out to me to assure me know that all was take care of. THAT is above and beyond! Thank you Gary Jamison!

The hotel appears to be a bit older, but it's clean and in good condition. Our room was comfortable and quiet. Complimentary breakfast was welcome and delicious. Al employees were genuinely welcoming and friendly. Front desk personnel were helpful and made us seem we were special. Highly recommended!
