Loews Vanderbilt Hotel

I enjoyed a lovely one night stay for business. The staff was nice enough to upgrade me so I was able to enjoy the Concierge Lounge. I plan to stay again on my next trip to Nashville. Well done!

Our first time at this hotel, great experience so far from checking in with Joy, she was welcoming and accommodating with our request. I believe first impressions are important!

Here for a conference. What sets this hotel apart is its service. Kashane checked me in and worked extra hard to be able to accommodate my need to stay an extra night while keeping me in the same room. Every time I needed something through out my stay Kashane was there to make it happen. Whether it was a new room Key or to print something she got it done. She made the difference in my stay. Overall the hotel was clean l, the food was good and it had a great ambience. Walking distance to a couple of very good restaurants.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay here. We stayed on the 11th floor in a corner room that had a lovely view. The friendliness of the staff is what makes this hotel special. Cortez checked us in with a great smile. Breakfast was delicious at Mason’s. The French toast with pecan butter was great. Roger’s charming service was even better. Highly recommend for breakfast. If you are looking for a hotel walking distance to Broadway, this isn’t it. But we purposefully wanted it quiet.

Always have a wonderful stay at the Vanderbilt. Location is sweet. Excellent friendly staff, wonderful housekeeping and the executive staff are most accommodating. Love the free shuttle service.
