My wife and I were rebooked here after our original hotel overbooked. When we checked out we were informed that they had no record of the rebook and charged us just under $700 for one night. The misunderstanding is understandable but the response afterward is unbelievable. I cannot get anyone to answer phone or email. The hotel and travel agency that rebooked cannot seem to resolve the issue either. This seems like a simple solution Loews. Call the original hotel or travel agency back and provide a credit (maybe even an apology) to the customer. It’s almost been a month.

I had a great time! The hotel is undergoing renovation the restaurant isn’t fully operational- but you could eat in the bar area and service was great! The room was newly done-and very comfortable. There was coffee and soft robes. Everyone was lovely- but the Bellman Van made me feel especially welcome! The hotel is right across the street from Vanderbilt University- and we had an excellent dinner at STK - not too far away.

From the moment we arrived at Loews Vanderbilt Hotel, Van made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. After a short drive from Huntsville, his bright smile, thoughtful hospitality, and delightful attitude were exactly what we needed. Van went above and beyond — helping with our trash, getting us water, and taking the time to share great suggestions for nearby places to visit, along with recommendations if we decided to stay in and enjoy the hotel. His kindness and professionalism truly stood out and made our stay even more enjoyable. Exceptional customer service like this deserves recognition. Thank you, Van, for making such a positive first impression and setting the tone for a wonderful stay!

Room was nice Bed was exceptionally comfy Unfortunately we were not informed prior to arriving anout the building work going on. Drilling at 8am every day we were there including Sunday. Reception was a makeshift podium and not very inviting. Long walk to bars on Broadway. Gotta mention Van the concierge guy. He was fantastic and gave us very good advice for breakfast 3 minute walk from hotel. Really like Loews hotels but would have stayed elsewhere if I had been forewarned about the building works
