The room was dark. Not enough light for a woman to get ready to go out. The wait to check in was an hour long standing in line. The margaritas at the bar were $25 each. The concierge was no help when asking about local destinations. Overall… pretty horrible. The room was nice though.

The staff was accommodating and friendly. Room was available early and they let us check in which was awesome. Room was clean and well stocked with pillows and towels.

Omni was off the chart and is truly making me rethink where I’m going to be staying in the future. I have always been a loyal Marriott guest … but after my experience at Omni I am truly rethinking where I am going to be staying in the future. Everything was phenomenal at Omni from service rooms cleanliness kindness of the staff. The pillows are to die for ask for the feather pillows. They are amazing. I actually bought four to take home. the rooms are extremely quiet. I did not hear slamming noises in the halls, which is a constant issue at hotels, especially in places when traveling such as Nashville I am definitely going to be staying at Omni resorts very frequently if not consistently !!!

Our room on the 4th floor was very dirty... The entire tile floor was sticky, the shower was very neglected, there was someone's hair on the floor, and it was quite dusty. We asked for housekeeping to come clean the floor again, and she did a very poor job. We asked again, and they didn't show up so we decided we'd rather just check out and find a different hotel. Phillip was extremely helpful and was willing to check us out with no charge, and also offered a room upgrade. He ended up showing us a different, room and we decided to stay. I would highly suggest treating ALL rooms like the high end suites. It was nice and clean, and much better taken care of. All rooms should look like that, not just the expensive ones!
