We had a fantastic honeymoon at the resort. Our room was perfect, a couple meters from the beach sand. Service was excellent from start to finish and thanks to all for making this a memorable experience!

Dear management of this hotel This message is to you Do you really think this hotel 5*? 1) I don’t know who is responsible for placing guests in this hotel but this person is not very clever. We are just married and it was our honey moon. We wanted to spend some days in quite, luxurious place. But our neighbors were two women with two small children 4-years old ,and one boy 12 years old. Their children were crying every night. I said to reception about this but no reaction. There were at least two empty bungalow near us, but there was no help at all, they didn’t move us to another place or that neighbors to another place . Most of all, these women came to us and asked us to be quite. Our sex bothered them. 2) cleaning room at 3 p.m., 4 p.m., 5 p.m.,? Is it ok? All the cleaning should be till the midday. While I have my breakfast cleaning service is cleaning. I shouldn’t see cleaning girls in my bungalow, at all. 3) Jacuzzi= flower bed 🤦🏼‍♀️ are you kitting? 4) Linens are with holes! Guys this is 5* hotels! Service should be TOP! Do you know what TOP SERVICE IS? Smiling service doesn’t mean good services. 5) There are butts on the ground, garbage stays in the garbage bins for 2-3 days. The only think what really saves you is the beach.

We stayed at this resort for 3 nights in December 2017 in the Beach front bungalow with private rooftop terrace. Overall experience was great! I loved how quiet and relaxing this resort was, awesome location if you want to be in a more secluded place away from main touristy areas. Staff is nice and helpful. It is far from basically anything, so when it comes to food and drink you have to rely on the resort. However the food is reasonably priced and is good. Only two issues we had was the WiFi, and the water pressure in the shower. WiFi was very hit or miss. Would be fast in small periods of time but generally was extremely slow. So if you are also wanting to disconnect from the internet world then this wouldn’t be an issue for you. The showers hot water was inconsistent with its pressure so the temperature of your shower would constantly change. In conclusion, we enjoyed it. The WiFi and shower were inconvenient however it didn’t bother us too much ultimately. The room and view was breath taking!!

Positives :- Large room for the money with comfortable bed and great dining options at the restaurants, excellent Thai food. Almost a completely private island beach, clean and quiet and worth the forty minute drive from Phuket Airport. Lovely grounds with a number of places to read and sunbathe. Constructive feedback :- Communication issues and staff could do with some training as often they did not understand what we were saying but that's understandable as you go more local and out of the tourist areas. Gym small, equipment needing maintenance and cleaning.

We were in Phuket for a friends birthday and school reunion. We stayed one night at the Natai before transferring. We stayed October 5-6th. The hotel on the morning of the 6th had no electricity or water at all from 9am till 12.00 !!! Apparently they also did not have a generator!!. So the coffee machine was not working, no toast, no ability to shower!! i have to say i have never experience a hotel with out a back up generator.. not at all impressed
