A friend and I stayed here in Naxos for a few nights and loved it! The staff was welcoming, helpful, and attentive. Our suite had a large living room, with a kitchen, large bedroom, and huge bathroom with sauna. We even had our own private pool! It was so peaceful. They have a sister property on Plaka Beach, that we would shuttle to and go to their private beach area, where we could use their cabanas, complete with towels and food service. The beach was clean, and sandy...easy to walk around. We had buffet breakfast included, but you could also order a la carte for no extra charge. They had quite a spread! We also enjoyed lunch and dinner there, when we didn't feel like going out. Their menu, while limited, had delicious options, that included items for my vegetarian friend. Overall, a great experience! Will definitely come back here.

My husband and I went to Naxos for part of our honeymoon and stayed here for about 4 days. Upon arrival we were given something to eat and drink. Breakfast was served every morning and was SO delicious. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful in making sure we were satisfied. The room itself was absolutely gorgeous and had an amazing view. They offered to let us stay in a beach lounge area of their sister hotel at no additional cost - it is private mini cabanas in the sun. We ended up staying at the restaurant Tortuga for dinner and the food was amazing.

Sayed in September 2016 as a family of five in a Luxury Villa, with our own private pool! The accomodation was very clean and large as was the pool, which was thoroughly enjoyed by our children.Breakfast was made to order every day, with a large selection of fresh items available. You will need transport to get to town or to Plaka Beach, where the the excellent sister hotel is located (we used the bus - stop is directly outside the hotel and very convenient). Beautiful Agios Prokopis beach is short walk from the hotel. To top it all off, excellent hospitality from all staff! Bravo Nation Collection!

We just spent a few days at this beautiful hotel. The staff were amazing, including Peter, Estella and George. They always went above and beyond. It is a family owned hotel and we spoke to the owner (forgot her name), many times and was so sweet and gracious. Our friends came to Naxos a week before (didn't stay here), but recommended some places to go including St. George Beach. We asked the staff about it and they said it was ok and recommended other beaches. Of course we wanted to see for ourselves, and they were right. Naxian has a sister hotel called Naxian on the Beach. They offer free cabanas/sun beds and water. Tortuga was the restaurant on the beach and part of this hotel. It was amazing!! The service and food was just like the hotel. AMAZING. We had the ceviche which was the best we ever had, and we eat a lot from around the world. We even wanted to try a different restaurant on our last night and was close to Tortuga. We went into this family owned tavern (not busy as well) and sat for 15 mins w/o anyone offering drinks or food. We got up and left and went back to Tortuga for our final meal which was great. We had the fish for two and vegetables and an amazing bottle of wine. Thank you for a great few days in Naxos. We will definitely be back.

Having spent quite a few summer holidays on various picturesque islands and also the mainland of Greece, we believe that the Naxian Collection and Naxos is our new favourite. Initially we prefer beachfront location, but having seen the photos and read the reviews of the private villas with pool, as well as having the quality stamp of being a member of Small Luxury Hotels of the World, we gave it a shot and booked a week for late June. Naxian Collection did not let us down, but rather the opposite, took us by surprise. We arrived at the cozy airport, picked up our rental car and were at Naxian five minutes later, greeted welcome by a very professional and caring staff. Since we came early for check-in, glasses of excellent local wine were offered in await for our villa to be ready. With only 10 units, you are being individually looked after at Naxian, and not just being another sheep at a 400-room resort. Naxian is quiet, clean, personal, smooth, slightly luxurious, with the boutique style that we prefer rather then the classic elegance. Along with our 6-year old, we loved the villa, with separate bedrooms, bathrooms and individually controlled AC. Many hours were spent by the the pool, the deck and the sun terrace. No less than three flat-screen TVĀ“s, allthough we did not use any of them since the WiFi was fast and stable enough to provide HQ streaming, even outdoors. Breakfast is served at the reception building, with amazing local and fresh food and eggs served at your liking. We also got to learn that Naxos is one of the few greek islands with a significant agricultural industry, meaning lots of great, locally produced food and suprisingly good wine. Naxian even has a private cellar you should check out. During daytime, we drove the seven minutes drive down to their sister beachfront hotel property (Naxian On the Beach) at Plaka, where Naxian has a private area with the most comfortable sunbeds and shading, free to use for Naxian Collection guests. Free water was provided, as well as lunch served at the beach by a very friendly staff. The best thing about the beach setup, is the lack of people. You really get the feeling of a private beach for a small, luxury hotel, with plenty of space and even WiFi. We had dinner one night at their casual beach-front restaurant, and the food was delicious, as well as the wine. All the staff at Naxian provide excellent and personal service, and you really feel well taken care of. A few tours around on the island is recommended, and we went to visit a few old but very cosy towns up in the mountains, as well as in Naxos town, Chora. Plenty of great restaurants in a clean, cozy town that see the most tourists on the island with the frequent ferries docking right at the pier. I brought my mountain bike gear with the intention of trying out some single track trails on the island, but during our week it was simply too hot for that. Next time... We tend to never be returning guests, since there are so many places on the earth that we want to see and experience. Naxian Collection, however, is one of very few places that might see us coming back again soon.
