Great service

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 4 days ago

Hotel is beautiful. The service is top notch. However, you need to take a taxi everywhere. If accommodating. ooking g for a relaxing time this is the place to be. Good liquor selection and a 20 to 30 walk to the beach. Their on call taxi driver Petro is the best and very informative accomdating. Their tour guide Costas is extremely knowledgeable and helpful and will greet you with a smile. I'm forgetting his name but the waiter is the most humble and gracious man I've met my entire trip.

Not a luxury hotel

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 6 months ago

This is not a luxury hotel as advertised. The shower had mold all over the floor. The chair in the bedroom was peeling and was getting all over my clothes. The oven has no door on it. The linens need to be updated. Do not stay here!

Wonderful service, nice villa, didn’t love location

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 8 months ago

The service at this villa-hotel is exemplary. Alex was very helpful throughout our stay and the other women at the front area were also very friendly. We stayed in a two bedroom villa with pool that was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast each morning was adequate. Nothing exemplary, but not too basic. Pros: - the service and staff - spacious villa - private pool Cons: - a drive away from Chora, the beach, restaurants, villages, etc. You either need a rental car or taxi anytime you want to go out. - very limited storage in the villa. No drawers. We lived out of our suitcases. - pool was borderline cold even though it was very hot outside - we visited August 20-23. We still jumped in and swam and found the pool a nice break from the heat- but it was a few degrees cooler than “refreshing”. They should invest in heaters for the pools and it would be a game changer. - staff was hanging around and smoking right at a doorway directly next to our pool. I’m not sure if this door was staff quarters or a maintenance room, but it was weird that it was right on our property and staff was in and out when we were by our pool. Overall, we had a lovely stay but not sure we would return. We just prefer properties that are a walk away from something - whether it is the beach/town/restaurants/etc.

Great unit with a proper sized pool

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 9 months ago

Stayed here in July with my family of 5. Our unit had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a kitchenette and dining table and lounge. Was very spacious. Loved the pool of our room ( a proper sized pool and nice temperature) with loungers. The bar was seriously impressive! Breakfast was ok. The eggs were nice. I had better fruit and buffet elsewhere. Service was very good. My recommendation to hotel is to provide better linen sheets and the curtains are too light and the minute the sun comes up you wake up. I would have also liked a full length mirror.

Unique Concept Hotel

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 10 months ago

Overall we loved this hotel, but it is not your typical set up. Individual villas make up the property and there is really no lobby, no restaurant (just a room with tables that is pretty much open air so basically very warm). Tiny bar area. No pool area - each villa has their own. It feels very old world. Villa was stark - everything made of stone. Showers had no doors and were very, very hard to regulate. Each time we showered the entire floor of the bathroom got flooded. Pool was really nice, but our villa backed the hotel garden and every afternoon there were workers there harvesting. Also, we felt that the property seemed overgrown in a lot of places. You would expect the upkeep of a property like this to be better. When we arrived the downstairs shower had no hot water, but we mentioned it to Alex, who was our contact the entire time, and he had it fixed immediately. Speaking of Alex by the way - he is incredible. So helpful, so knowledgeable and always so sweet and ready to do anything and everything to make our stay amazing. A very different and unique experience. Would recommend.

The Naxian Collection is a breathtaking array of luxury villas and suites, with a difference...
Each villa is carefully built with its own private pool, stark marble interiors and magnificent views looking out across to the Aegean sea and neighbouring towns.
The location is perfect, being only 700m from the famous beach of St Prokopios and only a short trip into the picturesque old town.
It is very easy to spend lazy days by the pool and on your private terrace, or enjoy a relaxing hour or two being pampered by the local masseur inside the privacy of your own villa.
This is definitely the place to stay if you are looking to savour the local and organic gastronomic delights that fruitful Naxos has to offer - the resident chef is always on hand to prepare a hearty breakfast, lunch or supper.
Also, be sure to get a peak into the owner's bountiful wine cellar, which will guarantee to get any wine connoisseur's heart racing!
It is easy to see the pure passion and love that is behind this family run business, which ensures a home-style welcome but in a luxury environment.

The luxurious 4-star Naxian Collection is the place to stay, with spacious villas and suites, stylish white marble interiors, jacuzzis, private pools and expansive terraces overlooking the sea. The owner's wife, Maria, a cooking teacher, offers culinary classes in a mountain setting for those who want to take the regional gastronomy home.
Take a boat excursion to Schinoussa, the small island frequented by wealthy ship owners, to swim, lunch and loll with the fabulous. With a lively waterfront dotted with cafes and tavernas, an ancient town with a duke's palace and castle, the Temple of Apollo, pearly white beaches like Plaka and St. Prokopios, - Naxos is an island worth visiting.
