Superb hotel in a picture perfect location. Friendly owner dines in the restaurant everyday. Hotel manager goes above and beyond to assist in any requests guests may have. Very polite and informative. Serving staff are great and room servicing done very well. Free shuttle to nearby picture perfect beaches always available on demand. Free golf course within walking distance. Nice historic abandoned church a short stroll away in the grounds. A hotel with soul. A peaceful quiet retreat and not a loud brash place. Lovelly island with a safe friendly atmosphere.

We recently spent two weeks at The Mount Nevis Hotel and from the moment that we arrived to the moment we left there was not one thing I can think of to complain about. The hotel is set in a wonderful location in lovely gardens overlooking the Caribbean. We received a wonderful and personal welcome when we arrived and were delighted to be told that we had been given a free upgrade to an ocean view suite. The room was absolutely gorgeous. All of the staff were first rate. Efficient, caring, friendly and personable and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel owner, who lives in the grounds, came to meet us one evening while we were having dinner and offered a complementary massage in our room. Absolutely gorgeous place and our thanks go to every one of the staff who made our holiday so wonderful and looked after us so well.

My second visit to this lovely hotel was like going to visit old friends. I was warmly welcomed and made to feel completely at home. My room was upgraded to a sea-facing room, which give you the wonderful views across the water to St Kitts. There are three key features about this hotel. Firstly, it does have the most staggeringly beautiful views across to St Kitts, secondly it is quiet and peaceful and thirdly, and by far the most important feature, is that the staff - all of them - are just brilliant: friendly, happy and considerate. This is not just the bar and restaurant staff, but also the cleaning ladies, the gardeners and everyone. This is a very well managed hotel.

This peaceful understated resort will provide it. Tucked up off the shoreline in the hills, the resort offers great views of hills and ocean -- definitely off the beaten big-resort trail. comfortable rooms, relaxed, delicious dining, and friendly staff at the ready to facilitate airport transportation, island tours, beach, golf, and hiking. An unforgettable escape!

From the moment we got here to the day we left there was nothing the wasn't thought of. Easy access to the beach, to making reservations at restaurants to getting a taxi anywhere we wanted to go. My wife and I went for our honeymoon and we couldn't have picked a better spot. You can't even knock it for not being on the water because of how easy and short of a ride it is to get to the beaches (which the hotel provides). The view from the rooms are spectacular, able to see not only the ocean but the mountains beyond them. The food and service was world class. Whether you eat at the hotel or at a local restaurant, you're getting the best island food around. You could not have asked for a more perfect place to stay on a small island in the Caribbean!
