Everything was excellente. I had a great experience. People were very cordial and kind to me. The hotel was Beautifull and very cozy. The food exquisite, much better than others hoteles. I want to leave a special thank to Narender Rawat for All your kindness and dedication .

Excellent service and good selection of wine and finger food to set the mood at the Royal club. In addition the service and wine recommendations by Ranjan was great. A great way to start the evening.Recomend the club to all who stay at this hotel.

We had several nights at this hotel before and after a trip to Northern India and the Golden triangle. The hotel was very accommodating and kept our spare suitcase each time we moved on which was very useful. Each visit we had a different room and different area of the hotel complex. The rooms were well appointed and in general pretty quiet despite the number of guests and wedding parties. There was plenary of choice for breakfast and the buffet meal in the evening, obviously a lot of it based around Indian cuisine. The rooms and hotel were very clean and very attractive, the staff very helpful. The one downsize we found was the location. It is situated quite a way from any of the attractions or centre which didn’t impact on us too much as we had early starts most days and some late returns to the hotel.

During our stay at The Leela Ambience Convention Hotel, we experienced exceptional service and hospitality. I want to extend my gratitude to Irfan for his outstanding service and genuine warmth, which truly enhanced our experience. Chef Mancho delighted our taste buds with his culinary expertise, offering delectable meals that were a highlight of our stay. Additionally, I'd like to thank Narendra Rawat for his attentive service at the concierge, always ready to assist with a friendly smile. Our time at The Leela Ambience was made unforgettable thanks to the dedication and professionalism of these individuals. Highly recommended for a luxurious and memorable stay.

Such a disappointment. We arrived last Thursday at 5pm after a long 6hrs drive from Jaipur. We were told at reception that we had been upgraded to a suite but when we got there the door would not open...it looked stuck in the top corner . After calling reception a member of staff came with his tool box...and try to ease the door with a screwdriver....unsuccessfully. so we were told to go to 5th floor for High tea. Finally we received a message that the door had been opened but as we refused the room in case it happened again we were told to wait until another room was found and check apparently, checked for what.....was the hotel totally full ????? it took 1hr 30 before we got another room and the Assistant Manager ?? To explain why the door was stuck , did we care? No, all we wanted was a room . What a fuss just to give us an ordinary room. Appalling for such a place. We won't stay there again. Bad service. Then we were told we couldn't have an early breakfast to leave for our flight at 7am as the restaurant only opened at 7am. Yet when we went down at 6.45 it was buzzing
