First time in India and first touch of India in this incredible place which served as a home for 6 months, from March to September 2016. Beautiful interior, perfect service, amazing food and people to come back for. Unforgettable experience on each and every level. Thank You for all the Care & Love & Attention & Beauty I have received during my stay. Special memories shared with Ms Akanksha Singh from Housekeeping Department and Mr Sanjay Kumar. There are people who do they job on a good/average level, but there are also diamonds like Ms Akanksha & Mr Sanjay that apart from doing their job well, are giving something extra, their personalities, souls and hearts. These are qualities you won't learn unless you have been taught at your own home. And for that I'm grateful, that I had a chance to meet them on my way. They have been my Angels when I was recovering from accident. Thanks to them room turned out to be a magic blooming garden and I started to bloom again. No matter what you may think of a long stays in hotels, you can actually feel like home because if you open your eyes you will see people that do care and are there for you even you have not asked for it. Ms Akanksha has been so helpful in each and every issue. She was taking care of me like I was her close relative which is beautiful and unusual. This Lady is full of good vibes, wears sunshine all over herself no matter the weather outside, well mannered, with such a calm inside and is giving you her heart on a plate if you let her in. If I think of her, I think of a role model for those she works with. Lots of love and appreciation for the work you are doing. Hope you are fulfilling your dreams and receive appreciation from all human beings on your way. Namaste.

My family had pleasant stay at leela. Due to late check in and after long journey we find helpful Staff, perfect safety and pleasant stay so I can say hotel is awesome. We forget go to breakfast due to early checkout. Coming back soon to leela again.

Good location about 30-40 mins from Airport. Located about 4/5km from main restaurant area. Great welcome and excellent staff. Sanjeev the bellman took care of paying taxi, luggage, laundry and arranged for taxi and departure. Superb lunch in main restaurant serving global menu (superb sushi). Tasting menu in Indian restaurant was also superb with a fantastic atmosphere helped by the traditional music. Room 411 was an upgrade and was plush and very comfortable. Pool and outdoor facilities were excellent. Top class hotel with top class service- only issue was no alcohol due to recent court ruling but expect this to be fixed in near future.

I absolutely loved the experience at the Leela. The Staff are very welcoming and helpful. I stayed in one of the executive suites and it was flawless. I had access to the 6th floor which is ideal for meeting people or just chilling out. The breakfast experience was surprising, there were so many options. I would definitely return!

I really enjoyed staying here for business. The pool is relaxing, the spa is excellent and all staff except the reception staff are fabulous. Waited a good 20 minutes to check-in and no apology. I was given 2 single beds with no explanation and a room card that the check-in guy had already written on. When I came down to exchange currency the next day I was treated in a very surly manner and barely acknowledged. I saw the manager of reception and he seemed really good but his staff need more training. The spa is very good but beware of taxes of c40% on top of all treatments which spoiled my visit somewhat. The breakfast is good. Beware of the new law which means this hotel does not serve alcohol at all - either in the bars, restaurants or mini bars. We had to go out to other hotels for dinner and wine. Not the hotels fault but again, it would be courtesy to mention this at check-in. I would come back but the manager needs to get a grip of surly, unfriendly reception staff.
