First, lets start with the booking process. I booked several weeks in advance. I saw immediately that i made my booking at the wrong Leela Ambience (I`m not the only one IĀ“ve been told) and wrote you a mail to get it right. It took more then a week before I heard from the booking office and that was after I emailed you two times + in touch via messenger. It was the person on messenger that finally made the booking office get back to me. After this I again waited for a confirmation. No reply to my mails, so after more then a week I got in touch with you on messenger again. After the chat on messenger I got a reply by mail and the reservation for 5 days was told to be ok. Then all of a sudden I started to get mails that was for another guest complaining. I was on cc along with the GM. I had to tell you after several mails it was not for me and asked you to remove me from the conversation. I have stayed at different Leela hotels since 1999, and I have never seen so much mess and uncoordinated service from any Leela Hotel before. I think its sad to see what was a good hotel in start turned out to be so impersonal, charmless and overpriced. Service in the restaurant bottom floor was good, the Italian on top could have been ok if it wasn't for the 'italian' chief that was shouting at her staff all the time. And the room-rate also, was different in each mail. When we stay at the Leela in Mumbai e g we always get a welcome back note. And thats something a guest appreciates But its all up to the GM I suppose. I wrote to you before and also during my stay, but didn't hear from you at all. It is a few months since I was there now and I saw the booking office tried to get in touch after I left. But then it was to late. You had the opportunity to talk to me when I was there. Sad to say, but I will not choose Leela in Gurugram again.

We went to The Leela Gurgaon for a working Wedding Anniversary and did the Hotel bend backwards to make it a really Epic Anniversary for us They upgraded us a Suite on the club floor which made us feel really special. The suite was spacious and done up very tastefully. They sent us flowers, a delicious chocolate eggless cake(one of the best I've had) did a cute heart decoration at the entrance The whole team was very warm right from Gaurav the lobby manager to Vipin, Kiran just to name a few. Their club lounge is really something, hot snacks sushi a bar serving good premium booze. The Leela group really spoils you and go that extra mile to see ensure that your special day is Epic

This Leela Ambiance lived up to the reputation of the brand. The room, lobby, and breakfast were all very well done. The service was above and beyond 5 star standards. From the greetings to the cleaning and everything in-between, the staff were there to serve. The concierge was helpful in planning meals and visits, the car service on pickup was smooth and the breakfast food and options were amazing. I will recommend staying at a Leela if in India.

Have stayed here plenty of times but I must say that they have improved big time in the past few months. I can now say that this hotel is fit enough to live up to the 'Great Leela Hospitality'. The hotel is magnificent in all terms. I found the check in experience excellent. Staff attentive and the response rate to any issues has been excellent. A very special Thanks to Vipin Chetri who has been an absolute delight to know. He made sure my stay was ver comfortable and absolutely memorable. Hotel is Rooms are extremely comfortable with very well appointed bathrooms. Plenty of food options in the hotel. Diya - the Indian fine dine is a must try. The buffet breakfast has a wonderful spread. I must say that the experience was fantastic and I have no doubts recommending this to any one.

One thing about Leela Ambience is that its not good it's a grand hotel. Services of Leela hotel are amazing. Let it be room service or reception or the restaurants The attention to detail is noteworthy . The smooth check in makes it a pleasant experience to start with. They are sweet and helping. Food quality is not only good its excellent . The menus is varied and and will give a large amount of choices. The best thing there is its ambiance as its name . An Excellent room with all the amenities and the room service is great , friendly staff, . It's proximity to the airport is its USP and location is good too far from the the maddening traffic and chaotic city Gurgaon. The the sushi at The Spectra is not to be missed. Good gym, great pool for lap swimming. Will definitely stay here again, it made my business trip feel like a holiday!
