Great anniversary celebration made memorable by personalized service!
We spent a night for celebrating our marriage anniversary. Amazing personalized service with pro activeness to provide awesome experience to the customer be it choice of room, providing sugar free principle cake, decoration and general look after. Sarita from Guest services was on top of all aspects of our stay. Indeed an important event made memorable by staff's readiness to go the extra mile! Kudos !!!

The staff make this place exceptional, especially Gaurav in the Spectra restaurant
Among the many positives, a highlight for me is the delightful, friendly and professional staff. Gaurav in the Spectra restaurant is an exceptional waiter, thoughtful, attentive and caring, he topped my chai tea constantly and rescued a book I’d left here the day prior. Gaurav is non verbal, and yet his warmth, thoughtfulness and professionalism says far more about his professionalism and customer service mindset. I’m humbled and touched by Gaurav’s care. The hotel is a really classy, a fusion of old world and charming India combined with modern touches like the gym and pool. Very comfortable and quiet rooms, with a lovely view over a nature reserve. Immediately beside a large modern shopping mall too. Delicious breakfast in Spectra and a class Executive lounge on the sixth floor.

Our stay was amazing with the help of Ms Sarohi they made my bday special with all decoration n cake ! Overall had fun Food was amazing we had dinner at spectra Swimming pool was neat n clean though they didn’t had any tubes ! Service was fast n quick

Exceptional Comfort and Culinary Delight at The Leela Gurgaon
The Leela Hotel in Gurgaon is truly a wonderful place to stay. The rooms are super comfortable and the hotel itself is beautiful. What really makes it special, though, are the people who work there. The chefs create delicious meals that make you feel like you’re eating at a fancy restaurant every day. The housekeepers keep everything looking perfect and make you feel right at home. I’m really thankful for the amazing job they do and would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great experience.
