excellent hotel for corporate traveller. We as a MICE company always recommend this hotel bcz of their friendly atmosphere and supportive staff. For example we must share that our residential conference is their for last one week and still going on but their feedback is really good, they all are excited happy.... so we should thanks to banquet team (Mr. Rana), front office team, FnB team and other supportive team to manage their comfortable stay. We also got appreciation-breakfast at spectra, lobby, location bcz of ambience. we can’t miss say thanks to sales team who played very important role to introduce us after long Nishant, Manish dogra and Sunaina for their curtsies support and professional attitudes in very very personal way. These guys are awesome ....

The staff’s behaviour is sweet. They serve food from the bottom of their heart. Mr. Shalik served us the best. He also arranged special food for us when only Set Menu was only available. Good Ambience and Maintenance. Appreciation for the staff members all over the hotel. Best 3BHK and 2BHK apartments.

Leela Ambience is one of the few hotels which has a real value for money dinner buffet. Many other hotels in Delhi NCR have lunch buffets but not dinner. The dinner buffet has an excellent spread of Multi cuisine. Unlimited drinks--scotch whiskey, wines and champagne are part of the buffet. The staff is efficient and smilingly serve you on the table if you don't feel like getting up to refill. An excellent way to spread a long evening with family and friends. We do it every few months and relish the memory for a long time.

stay made horrible by unprofessional managers. (we have reviewed this property before) I stayed here with my family again and we were eager to spend some quality time here again. we booked for 2 nights with plans to spend 2-3 after New Year’s Eve (same as last time). however due to the unprofessional behaviour of the managers - we were made to feel unwelcome, were insulted and ridiculed, we decided to not to extend our stay and took ourselves elsewhere and we would not return again. the villains of our poor experience stay: Diya restaurant manager Navjot Kaur, FnB Director who wears a check suit and a female manager who wears a saree in morning this is how it started: we always get a massage done at beautiful spa so on the first day we booked ourselves one as we were really tired and looked forward to some relaxing time. after the massage started we heard drilling and hammering noises which were brought to the attention of the massage therapist she said she will check. she went out and came back and said that she had asked for it to be stopped. but it continued. this was not the experience we were looking for. at night we booked ourselves at Diya restaurant, and gave some discount vouchers and membership cards that we have - we were informed that we had to sit on separate tables for them to be honoured!!! does the computer know where the people are sitting???!!! do tables in the restaurant have numbers??!!! anyhow we were hungry and wanted our vouchers to be used (as they would become useless soon ) and our children were famished and did not agree to go anywhere else. the tables were only 6 inches apart and from what we understand only served to satisfy the ego of the manager, a female named Navjot Kaur, who by the way did not even show the courtesy of approaching our table and only communicated through servers. we actually felt humiliated and insulted. anyhow we ate and left. THIS HAS NEVER HAPPENED TO US IN OUR PREVIOUS STAYS. WE ONLY CONCLUDED BASED ON OUR OBSERVATIONS THAT THE MANAGEMENT HAD CHANGED, AND NEW MANAGERS DID NOT HAVE THE CORRECT CARING AND WELCOMING ATTITUDE. On the second day - although we wanted to have dinner at spectra we decided against doing that. However, at night our children made it clear that they will eat only there so we decided to get them the meal and we sat on a separate table to watch over them. I was helping my child cut chicken however a server came and said disrespectfully, "my manager has said the buffet is for children only and if you eat you will be charged!!!!." before this we were getting tempted to eat there only but we felt this was insulting and got ourselves food delivered from a restaurant. In the morning I approached the duty manager Namsheet Singh and apprised him of our experiences. he was kind enough to listen to our concerns. the worst came later. we all met for breakfast and whilst walking towards the juice counter my husband saw three managers walking in the middle area and he heard the female manager in the saree saying " Pehle massage kara li fir freebie ke liye bola diya ke shor tha" roughly translated to "first they got the massage done and to secure freebies they complained that it was noisy.” The FnB manager Navjot Kaur and FnB Director a tall well-built male who wears a check suit- were in tow. This was highly insulting, and we approached the manager Namsheet Singh who tried to pacify us and offered us some discounts. We told him to keep the discounts to himself and that we would keep our self-respect and pride and we checked out. This was a highly insulting stay experience and I would like to ask the following: All the above is highly unprofessional and unethical behaviour and is unbecoming of a hotel of stature like yours. Shame on all of you. - Is this normal business behaviour of your hotel to be discussing matters of guests in open business areas where everyone can hear you and actually insulting your guests openly? - Is this the hotels usual business practice to slag off the guests? - If a guest is on the massage table, lying half naked whilst the massage ensues, how does he leave the massage if the noise continues? - If one is not happy then should one not complain? - What right is the managers to discuss a guest’s private affair in a public area? Would they have liked if my husband would have questioned them in that area and would have given them a piece of his mind in front of all the other guests.? We were deliberately made to feel cheap, insulated, humiliated and unwelcome. We would never stay again and have taken our business elsewhere. We really really wanted to celebrate new year’s eve at your hotel. Over the years we have recommend this hotel to so many of our friends who visit Delhi/Gurgaon. We are heart broken but our relationship with your hotel has broken down due to your hotels unprofessional behavior. Please dont humiliate and insult your repeat customers like this. My husband intends to seek legal advice.
